Place has a good view of the sea. But its not maintained. I would suggest to the local government to impose at aleast 5 pesos for tourist for maintenance fee it would be a great attraction at the heart of the city.

Very nice landmark although not perfectly maintained. The view seen from the temple is scenic and beautiful, overlooking the coast of San Fernando and its Harbor.

You can visit this place for free. There is no designated parking lot for this place but you can park your car along the road which is inclined. It is like a simple view deck. Nothing much to do nor see except the over looking of San Fernando La Union.
The best time to visit this place is either sunrise or sunset. The place is well maintained.

If you wish to go here, be aware that you will have to take a short hike. There are some adorable tiny spots where you may shoot photos. This location is also renowned for those that display PDA, so if you encounter them, simply ignore them.

When we first arrived, the breeze was incredible, as was the sight. We were also able to play mobile games as we rested, which was fantastic.
