I want to share my experience in this bank security guards down stair is un respectful and rude looking with discrimination to their clients they judge by your outside look and one of them call me crazy I hope that guard was perfect. Thank you for your rudeness next time think first before you talk. Please rinse your mouth with alcohol. You’re lucky I’m not rude like or else I will the rinse mouth.

The service is poor. Only two tellers are functioning given the huge volume of clients and the bank is about to close already yet they were not able to manage the existing clients. The branch manager is just complacent and “dedma “ on the situation. BPI area head should do something about it. This is unacceptable.

Poooooor Service.
Too many tellers and only 2 counters open to serve... it will take 1 hour to serve 10 customers!

Sobrang tagal maghintay. Worst bank na napuntahan ko. 😡😡😡 Sising sisi ako mgtransfer ng account dyan dahil sa kapipilit din nila.. Sobrang nakakainis nakakabwisit

Poor and very slow ang serbisyo nila...biruin mo isang number 30mins yata ...hindi kaya nakikita ng matataas na nakaupo dito..halos ilang oras na kami nag aantay ..grabe ..pumasok ako s banko 9:45 mag 12noon na hindi pa rn ako tapos.nandito pa rn ako..buti pa s ibang banko tuloy tuloyang flow ang flow..hay naku..
