Service is very slow and the girl staff is so rude and mapangpata. Watch out sa girl staff malapit sa counter na cubicle.

The customer service here is EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! I went to this branch yesterday to have my card picked up and it took me an hour to get my card. If I haven't complained and made a scene it could have taken me 2-3 hours just to have a card picked up at this branch. There was only 1-2 customer service clerks who assists clients when there are 4 clients already waiting. 2 clients already left because they have been waiting for too long! And then there was power interruption for 5-10 minutes which made waiting time worst!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
