Discriminatory security staff towards babies and toddlers

Very poor customer queing management. I waited an hour for my turn only to see it went down to the eight spot a minute later. The manager should have stepped in and manage the PWD and Regular line accordingly. Hinde yung puro lang PWD na hinde naman muhkang disabled.

very poor experience. the gay manager is so hard to deal with, he is bias and prejudice . they took our money.. and wont give us a new atm card or let us reset the pin .. because of an expired id .. we came back with a new id and the excuss is taht their bank doesent have any more cards .. no more way to withdraw and its very disturbing .. we have requested a card before and when it came they never notified up .. when we came back a month later to get it they said it was expired .. so basically they keep charging fees for this fees for that .. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM

May pila pero d alam ng mga guard kung sino mga nauna sa pila. Sobrang tagal pa umusad ng pila. Worst experience, worst branch ng UB to. Aabutin ka mahigit isang oras

Super Bagal...Haba ng Pila Dalawa lang ang teller..as in 2 lang din ang staff na visible .Sana naman magdagdag ng teller for faster transaction..
