I have been disappointed with the quality of service at this travel agency since the departure of Jennifer. I have experienced several issues, including difficulty booking unaccompanied minor service and a long delay in getting answers and information regarding vaccination and travel requirements. Additionally, I was not reminded of a voucher expiration ending up loosing 400USD. It has been difficult to get someone on the phone, and overall the experience has been frustrating. I suggest that the agency improve their communication methods and provide additional training for their employees to ensure that their customers receive the best possible service.
