Lapu-Lapu City Post Office

The stuff is always friendly and helpful. If they don’t find immediately my letter or package, they’re informing me by sms and i can pic it up... thats a very good Service.
Of course, it's all very slow here, but what are the hard working people have to do with it, when my package needs 6 weeks from Manila (3 weeks), over Cebu City head office to LapuLapu PO.
Cebu City post office needs 3 weeks for registration and transport the 7 kilometers to LapuLapu PO.
That's the problem...!
Waiting for a full containers..?
I don't know, why it needs sooo long time.

Okay I have to give them that - they are very friendly. Does not change the fact that they don't deliver BUT they will let you know by text message when a package arrives and is ready for pick up.

Letter came months too late! There was a bank card in it. They couldn't find the letter so had to come back the next day. Really unfortunate the courier didn't deliver the letter while the address was on it. Just because the number was missing... I'm the only "Jonathan van Hassel" in that neighborhood. Come on!

One rat lady answered and told her child to tell us that this wasn’t the post office so she could avoid doing her job. What a lazy pile of trash. Been months and no update on my time sensitive mail. Stop playing Mobile legends and put in some effort into doing your jobs you bums. There’s a reason nobody takes this country seriously I suppose.

If I could put zero star, I would do . The bad service are nationwide. If you have international mail. Neve ever use their service. You pay for expensive rush mail. And it takes for 2 months. Even for 5 to years mail. I don’t understand why they still operate . People pay tax and extra pay for mail. If you want the system change. Stop using their service for them to realize . They need to do a lot better.
