First their name is not Zen Rooms regardless of their marketing. Probably the reason why two trike drivers a local could not find the hotel.
Called customer support they did not know where it was. When asked for the hotel number it turned it to be out of service.
And of course the finally is it's nonrefundable hotel.

Poor service, poor communication, inept chain.
