Manjuyod White Sandbar

It was a very beautiful experience. Aside from the natural beauty of the place, the people are nice too. They sell their fresh catch of the day at reasonable prices. We ate sea urchin, spider shell, scallops, baliog, etc. Prices rages from 250 to 300 per serving.

I appreciate the natural beauty of Manjuyod Sandbar in Dumaguete, even during high tide. The white sand is stunning, and the clear waters are a delight to behold. Despite the recent damage caused by Typhoon Odette, the resiliency of the people there is truly admirable. I also enjoyed the unique experience of shopping at their floating 711 (sari-sari store by the sea). Although some of the cottages were affected, the breathtaking views of the sandbar make up for it.

The Maldives of the Philippines I was really shocked when I got there at first the dock was not that nice. After I started to reach our destination I saw the houses on long legs. Then it got real when we docked on the sand bar there were all these little boats selling beverages and snacks.ost of all fresh seafood. This was a knock out!! I believe in supporting the business of hard working people. The quality and freshness was outstanding. I bought and shared goodies with the crew. This place is a 10/10

The perfect place for those unforgettable holiday pictures. There are actually two sandbars, the one with the stilt houses being the smallest one and the most visited. Personally, I preferred the bigger sandbank, since it's not as crowded, and affords much better photo opportunities.

Ideally, combine a visit to the sandbar with dolphin watching and some snorkeling. A boat will set you back about 3000 PHP for the day.

This day is the third time that I visited this beautiful whitesand beach. First, in 2005, when I was in the seminary. Second, in 2014, when I was out in the seminary. Today, when I am married. You can enjoy fresh seafood here such as fresh sea urchins, oysters, and squids. You can grill on the boat. Our boat driver is excellent in reminding and informing his passengers - he is honest. You can ride on their flying fish, banana boat and dragon boat. There is also floating sari-sari store. Kindly maintain the cleanliness of the place. Enjoy and be safe!

Great fun for the whole family. A short trip with a boat to a sandbank.the water is shallow and clean, some fun rides are for offer and you can eat or relax on the waiting boats.

An awesome experience that I would love to do again. We went here last January 2022 so the locals were just starting to recover from pandemic. We had a little interview with a boat owner and so sad to hear that they really had a hard time because they were earning mostly from tourists. Super clear ng tubig dito. I suggest to be here early to see the dolphins. We missed it. They sell oysters and some shells I forgot how it's called per pail! Super fresh and sulit.

Great place ! Worth visit had a great time met new people! The sand is bit grey white.

Highly recommended. Scenic views and a wonderful boat ride. Very relaxing.

A really nice place to have a family vacation

We took a boat from our place to directly get there. We had dolphin watching on our way to this beautiful white sand bar attraction. We also witnessed playing dolphins on our way home. They're so adorable. They wanted to come along with our boat. I was fascinated by the beauty of this sandbar although we really did not get to rent a cottage but stayed in our boat, we had fun. We rode in a huge banana boat with my kids, my husband and nephew rode in a surfboard and we took a leap around the island before getting home. I could say it was an enchanting place.

This is a very very late upload (December 2016) but I consider this place worth the great reviews. When we went there in AM, along with other visitors, we were accommodated very well given that we were finding a tour guide. Luckily, we enjoyed every bit for hours. Best time to start the trip is early morning. 🌅

Wow! Awesome fun in the sun! Excellent entertainment! Seen dolphins all over the place! Rode some great rafting rides, played all day! You can walk a mile in the muddle of the sea! Never seen anything like it! Crazy cool!!

The white sand and the surrounding beauty are truly amazing. Make sure you come early for the low tide as it rises quickly before 10am. The place is perfect for relaxation and team buildings. Nothing much to do but you enjoy the nature, the beautiful mountain views, the waves, and the sea creatures. Just watch out for the sea urchins. If you are lucky, especially during summer, you will see many dolphins and they will play with you.

This is not my first time and will never be the last.... One of Negros island tourist attractions.. you must experience the place and enjoy your beer or buko juice ... No regrets .

If you're looking for an awesome white sand beach in Negros Oriental, this one should be on your number 1 list. Love it!
