Visited tgis branch three times this year for car fixes and PMS. So far, so good. Staff were ready for the appoinments set and there were several reminders and a phone call before the scheduled date/s so you won't forget. Free car wash is available for every PMS visit. Free coffee is available at the customers' lounge area.

Friendly customer service. Kudos to cashier for doing a work around when i did my payment due to tech prob
Feedback to SA - one thing disappointed me is a month before the scheduled PMS i dropped by at the dealership and talked to the SA manager to also inlcude the issue on my reverse camera and have a tech ready on my sched date. Comes the sched pms no tech avail to check my rev camera.

June 13, vehicle was relased. OR was sent to me September 21. No CR yet as of this writing. I need to ask for updates every single day which is so inconvenient. Its almost 4 months and documents are not complete. Maybe the plate will take about a year to be provided.
