Very unprofessional. The there deposit machine had an error and they asked me to go otc on a regular basis. Ive waited forore than 30mins in queue and saw other depositors placed under priority but not in senior nor pregnant or pwd. So this only means that they are choosing who to assist first. Counter staff also is not friendly and accommodating. Worst bdo branch I have visited!!!

Ang hirap nilang intindihin lalo ung manager. Pinageffort pa nila ako interviewhin for opening account tas wala naman update. Need siguro nila ipamukha ung pera na idedeposit bago aprobahan. Kaya sa BPI na lng ako, masmababait pa mga stuff 😎 di gaya sa bdo na to maraming kimi ✌ this is just based on my experience 😎
