Super fast transaction! I was there by 7 then got my license at 9.30!

Arrived at 7am, received my printed license at 10am. Process was smooth, and employees assisted me well. Beware of fixers hovering around the area. In my opinion, there's no need to 'hire' the services of the fixers as the process from taking the medical exam, to license printing is relatively organized and smooth.

Fast driver’s license renewal process and no hidden fees. My total payment amount is exactly what’s in the receipt. I arrived there 8am on a Wednesday morning, and got my renewed driver’s license by 9am.

We went first at the LTO District Office San Juan at Aurora Blvd. The Customer Service rep courteously told us to go to the LTO Licensing Office at North Domingo Street. We are balikbayans and that was our first time to get a license in the Philippines although we have foreign license. Upon arrival there, the customer service rep told us what window to go and the name of the person to see. From there on, the entire process went smoothly and expeditiously. The person in charge (Mercy Paras)) was very helpful, explained to us the procedure, and answered all our questions. Big Kudos to LTO San Juan Licensing Office for a job extremely WELL DONE!!

Sept. 13,2022- Dumating ako kanina 2:45am, pangalawa ako sa pila. 5:30am kami pinapasok para sa number. 7:50am sila nagstart ng processes. 8:24 ako tinawag para magbayad para sa exam 100pesos, 8:44am ako nagstart mag.exam. 9:04am naman ako natapos sa exam. Dahil pasado, dumeretso na ako sa basement para sa actual driving test. Payment first sila, so 280pesos ang rent ng motor at 350pesos naman ang Car. Saglit lang ung test drive. Iikot ka lang ng tatlong beses. Then pag pasado kana, akyat ka sa exam room at iabot ang papel mo. Magbayad ka ng 585pesos para sa id card, Then wait ulit. Before 10am ako tinawag para sa releasing ng Driver's License ko.

Kung iisipin ang bilis lang talaga ng process sa branch na ito, at hindi pa mahirap ung test drive. Ang kailangan mo lang talagang gawin is magpunta ng maaga. Sakripisyo. Mahabang pasensya sa pagwait, pag late ka kasi nagpunta, mahaba na talaga ang pila.

Total time ko sa branch is 7hours. Pero kung hindi kasama ung waiting time, 2hrs lang. Kudos sa branch na ito. Keep up the great work!

Sa mga gusto mag reniew po na mas madali punta kayo dto, my upoan nmn cla para d kayo mahirapan sa kaantay. Pag matapos lahat proceed nlng for payment by 10's nmn for process kaya madali lng..keep safe po

Good service. Hindi ganun kadami ang tao. But you have to queue around 6am para mauna ka sa pila. It's fast though. I came at 5:30am then pila, around 6:30 pinapasok and pinaupo na kami. By 7:30, we got our queue numbers. By 9:15, I was outta there. I went for the 10-year driver's license renewal. 😊

Ang bilis ng process nila dito yun nga lang talaga pipila ka ng maaga 3am pumila na ako para sa number appointment 8am nag bubukas ang bait nung babae dun sa examination ☺

may kelangan pa ba ko dalihing requirements pag kumuha ko ng non-pro? ano po dalhin ko pang requirements maliban sa student permit

palaging maraming tao rito.
