Perfect venue for our outdoor wedding ,the wedding package got a lot of inclusions, from VIP checkin-check out ,free ride from our hotel , unlimited spa use , full body massage, wedding cake and many more. Both families and friends enjoyed their stay .

We love this place! My kids enjoyed all the amenities inside the resort. The staff were all amazing and so friendly. There are a lot of food options inside as well. We love the walks around the property as well. We cannot wait to go back to this place. Also, there is no tipping in this resort which is great if you are an american.

We stayed Plantation bay during Christmas holiday. And really enjoyed it. Maybe people who liked it don't usually shout out. We found staffs there super friendly, especially to our little daughter. We got spa immersion room, and was having one free spa per person per day! Our daughter also enjoyed their pool. Its a very chilled resort.
They also have different shows every night during peak seasons. All dancers are from the resort. They are definitely trying very hard. During our stay, we also saw staff spending hours under the hot sun cleaning the pool bottom. We love this resort, and would recommend to travellers who recognize independent hotels. Plantation bay is not your Marriott or Intercontinental.
Only thing to improve is the mattress in the spa room - its too soft

We stayed seven days in the resort, and we couldn't love it more. The package covered the breakfast every day. It also offered room check-in and -out service and delivered and picked us up directly from our room. We stayed in the resort, enjoyed the facilities, and tried each restaurant. And we didn't get tired of food or get bored there during our stay. I highly recommend it. We would love to come back.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and absolutely loved it. The colonial style houses with lots of trees around make this place very unique and paceful. The selection of pools is huge, our 1 year old daughter loved it. Before coming to this hotel we spent 4 nights in Shangri La Mactan and when comparing it our first choice is Plantation Bay! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews about this place. We highly recommend it.

So grand.. so many swimming pools and right by the beach, too! We went there for a day-use and couldn’t have had a better time! Wish we had stayed there over night! Food, staffs, drinks, and pools were amazing!

We came here for the day using a day pass and It was definitely worth the money, we had a great time exploring and relaxing and the food was amazing. They have a gym and games room as well as other outdoor activities like bikes and archery, I will definitely be looking into staying here as a guest sometime.

I went here last week to visit my relatives, and the first thing I noticed was the way there was quite the ride since I live a city away. I mean it's not really that bad, but it took some time to get to this resort. So far, I appreciate of how many swimming pools they have and how the place itself is fancy and neat. The staff was definitely chill and nice too.

As for the food at the Fiji restaurant, I personally find it satisfying. I ordered a pork bbq and the meat is tender I love it. I also included a calamansi juice and for dessert is their homemade vanilla ice cream which was pleasantly thick to the flavor and I think I tasted some cheese with.

Anyways, everything has been a lovely experience so a double thumbs up for that.

We got two rooms (lagoon side and one bedroom suite) for a group of six adults and three children. Children-- 17 years old and below. This kind of a place that can serve a group as big as ours (without having to get more than two rooms) and the fact that their restaurants serve vegan and vegetarian food were the factors that enticed us to book here at Plantation Bay Cebu. There's a free roundtrip airport shuttle; a basket of Philippine delicacies in the room as a welcome treat; archery; wall climbing; bicycle use for one hour a day; children's play area and of course the lagoons and freshwater pools. I believe there's an access to the beach, but we didn't go there. We did enjoy our stay here.

Our stay was amazing. I was with my Japanese daugther and granddaughter they were ecstatic about everything. The staff are courteous they thought they are in Japan because the staff are well mannered. The food was also amazing. Yes the best Kare- Kare and Tempura. And there's a pool everywhere you look. There are so many things to do that it won't fit here if I explain. Just go there and try this place. For me everything was amazing. I can't wait to go back. -Kim

Worth the money. Beautiful location with great restaurants, great staff, pleasant rooms and the biggest pools I've ever seen! Both salt water and freshwater pools. Lifeguards on duty, and all kinds of water toys available. I would go back to Cebu, just to stay here. AND the excellent service staff will not accept tips. There is a no tipping policy in the hotel.

There were too many pools you can explore in this big resort, and they are never crowded. It was difficult to choose one spot and stay put because you can find so many lovely, cozy sunbeds and gazebos everywhere. I was thoroughly spoiled.

The food was average. It's often too salty. I wish there had been more fresh fruits at the breakfast buffet because what's the point of coming to a tropical heaven like this without them?

Otherwise, it was a perfect place for a holiday. If anyone's considering here, just go.

First and foremost, the staff and service here at Plantation Bay was what stood out for us. Special mention for Daniel at the swim up bar. A true professional.

This resort is beautifully designed and so well kept. We took advantage of all of the activities included in the day pass including the cycling, paddle boarding, wall climbing and archery. You will not get bored here.

The food for lunch was pretty decent, no major complaints, but maybe an area for improvement to make the experience extra special.

We would go back here in a heartbeat.

We got to bike around, visit the spa and enjoy good food within the resort.

Rooms are beautifully located where you can have a view of the resort.

Been here the 2nd time for a relaxing day with my mother and sister. I treated them and they are so happy with the place, the pool. We tried archery for the first and we discovered that my sister can do a bulls eye. I also let them try Kayaking and they look happy with it.

The bad thing on this trip is only the travel in Lapu’2 and traffic is all over the place. We’re from Liloan and it took us 3hours to get there. 😂 Atleast we got a free ride from my other sister’s family car since they also booked in.

But I’m happy that my family is happy on this trip. ❤

I really love the large rooms and the various mini activities in the area especially the bike and kayak. The pool and lagoon are really good. The spa was the best massage we had, exclusive and relaxing!!!!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful resort and although unfortunately a bit of the resort was still under repair due to a typhoon it was still a magical place to relax and unwind. The staff are so courteous, kind and respectful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We will definitely return again and are already looking forward to it. A special thank you to Jasper as he went out of his way to help our family get a positive result from an incident that occurred away from the hotel.
