All staff, nurses, doctors and utility personnel are respectful, they don't hesitate to give time to answer and explain things they know.
Just an observation at Malasakit area, where seniors go in line with the others, standing. No seniors, PWD priority line available.

One of the best public hospital.
Dont expect private hospital care.
But compare to public hospital this is much better. spacious parking, emergency room, and sufficient staff. Just be patient to follow procedures. Expect waiting time in case you need to admit. Not sufficient beds but nurses, doctors are there to check you.

I'd like to commend the staff of this hospital. They really are the heroes of the crisis we are in. My mom was denied medical attention by 6 different hospitals across Sta. Maria, Bocaue and Malolos, Bulacan. If Dr. Juene Adrianne Buquid had declined us that night, we don't know if we'll still be with our Mom today. Even when we were admitted and got endorsed to another doctor, he still finds time to visit us to check how we are doing. Doctors do care, thank you.
I know the staffs are doing their very best every day which can really be overwhelming due to the nonstop arrival of new Covid19 patients every day. But there was an amazing nurse that never fails to bring a smile. We know she too is tired, but she always puts her patients first. Thank you Fatima Santos!

We were blessed enough to be immediately attended by the doctors and nurses and other ancilliaries. They were all courteous with us. One of the nurses gave us a postmortem pep talk which is enough to somehow lift our hope up during our difficult times while we're still in the hospital. The only thing that i believe needs more improvement arw the facilities esp the water closet; the one that i went in for an unfortunate number of times is full of bugs. I hope the maintenance dept shld do something to improve this deplorable condition of the water closet.

Madaming public hospital ang hindi perfect pagdating sa service. May mga issues either sa staff or sa mismong facilities. Pero sobrang naappreciate ko ang service sa BMC. 3rd CS delivery with accreta... Pero nagawa akung matulungan ng ospital na to... 😊 maraming salamat sa doctor ko kay ate malou jan sa emergency paanakan sa pagaasikaso sa mga intern na kht ibang lahi sobrang accommodating Sy po ata ung name, kay doc vans... Pagpasok ko palang inaasikaso na ko. Lalong lalo na sa mga staff at doctor sa operating room... Kay sir mark sa anesthesiologist ko sobrang madaming salamat... Ito lng ang way para mapasalamatan ko po kayo... Wala rin po pala kaming binayaran kht ang laki ng bill nasa 50k+ salamat sa malasakit staff at philhealth staff sa BMC. GOD Bless po at sana madami pa kayong matulungan. 😊

Maganda yung naging doctor ko. Si Dr. Jerome Rahon M.D.. Approachable ung mga nurses (ilan) at ung mga doctor kahit halatang tired na. Go lang ng go. Mahirap work nila kaya wag tayo magiisip na masungit lahat kasi na ooverload din sila. Ang mga facility medyo may amoy esp. siya Waiting Area, talagang kailangang lakihan pa yan. At ung admitting area for numbering, sana may mas "line" talaga. Yung ma papriority talaga matatanda kasi nakakaawa. Sana iwasan ng isang tao doon na mag allow na nagaasisst siya and tinatanggap ang tip sa kanya, esp kung senior pa. Huwag ganun. Hindi naman po private ito. Yun lamang po, at maraming salamat :)
