Wonderful vieww while having your food. This place is vegetarian and their ingredients come directly from Sagada.

Surprisingly good and fresh pesto!!! Their omelette sub-rice is also good! They don't have wifi but they have books to be one with nature. But worry not for those who want to work, Smart works fine; Zoom is also working. Globe is a bit out of signal here.

We visited this charming restaurant for a light lunch and decided on the Gaia Sandwich and Hummus Sandwich paired with Sagada Coffee, all of which were delicious. The standout was definitely the Gaia Sandwich, bursting with flavor!

Arriving on a serene Sunday, we were captivated by the picturesque view and savored the peaceful atmosphere with only a few other guests present.

To enhance the overall experience, aligning the music with the ambiance would be a nice touch. Perhaps some afternoon cafe lounge tunes would complement the setting better than old love songs.

Despite this minor suggestion, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. For an optimal experience, consider visiting during off-peak times to fully appreciate the stunning view and tranquil ambiance.

A haven for our vegetarians and vegans out there. As they only serve vegan foods.

The servings are big and definitely worth their price.

The place is very aesthetic and instagram-able.

The sample place where one of the scenes from the movie That Thing Called Tadhana was taken.

I only gave four stars due to few food options.

This is by far the best cafe view during my stay in Sagada. I only ordered their banana peanut butter sandwich so I can't say much about their food but I liked what I had.

Sobrang ganda ng view from their balcony.

Gaia Cafe: A Gem in Sagada for Food and Views

Gaia is the ultimate cafe experience in Sagada, ticking all the boxes for great food, service, and atmosphere.

From outside, it's a charming hut on South Road, blending with the pine trees. But inside, it's cozy and inviting, offering the best view of the rice terraces.

The vegan food surprised me, a meat lover, with its full flavor. The Gaia sandwich with their special patty and the creative Gaia sweet potato fries were a hit. Their brewed coffee stands out, too.

While there might be minor improvements to consider, my overall experience was fantastic. Gaia is a must-visit.

In short, Gaia nails it with delicious vegan fare, breathtaking views, and a warm vibe. Don't miss it when you're in Sagada.

Great view!

The omelette with rice and squash and sweet potato soup were amazing. Ate here twice in our trip.

It was my 3rd time visiting Sagada and I always go back to Gaia Cafe for the view and most especially the ambience. Food is always great and with big servings but there are times that they have limited food options.

One of the best coffee I had to date. My male friends opted for their craft beers (honey and ipa) which were great also, while we ordered brewed coffee. My friend got the dairy option while my sensitive tummy got the vegan option in cashew milk. The staff were all warm and accommodating. I hope we could've went there earlier as the place has a great ambience. Highly recommending this cafe. 💜

Beautiful place. The food is vegan and the view is stunning. Has a brilliant ethos with zero waste produced too. The food is delicious the bread is especially good. An excellent place for a light lunch. Best in the daytime when you can fully enjoy the stunning view of rice terraces.

Service is okay, compared to other restaurants in Sagada. Iced coffee is good if you're looking for something refreshing after a long walk.

I knew about this place from the movie “That Thing Called Tadhana”. The glass walls offers a promising view of some rice terraces and it is such a refreshing experience! Food prices are comparable with that of a typical cafe of developed cities like around metro manila. But the freshness, crisp and healthiness is superb! The menu is mostly vegetarian foods if not all. They were playing some relaxing music too and it adds up to the coziness of the place. Food rating: 5/5. Dining experience: 5/5. Customer service: 5/5. Recommended 💯

Very nice view and ambiance. ❤

We already had a big breakfast when we went here so we just ordered coffee and soup to check out the view in this restaurant. 😂 Both coffee and soup were delicious.

Loved this place. Beautiful views. Hospitality is good. The food has much more variety than the other places but it's not refined. Big plus is that everything is vegetarian

A walk from the main activity (near the caves though!) but the food is so good and the scenery is wonderful. The miki mi na noodles are truly amazing. We spent a morning here just reading their books over breakfast and hot drinks.

Few kilometers away from the town center. Food and coffee was great and ambiance was comfortable. We tried their rice coffee, cookies and fried sweet potatoes.
The place closes too early (at 6pm)

Inviting special place with great views of rice terraces and forest. Decoration with some local crafts which are also for sale adds to atmosphere. There are also books if you feel like to spend more time....The food was good and fair priced.

This cafe is hidden jewel, nothing eye catching outside, and amazing inside with breath taking view. As in other review, this place does makes you relaxed, staff super friendly. Food is something, best word for it is NUTRITIOUS. It's almost a impossibly to find something like that on city's. After eating here, you fell full so much faster, and even after that you will never fell like you overeaten. View from the windows is somthing photos cant pass how awsome it is when you see it with your eyes. It looks like Fillipinos aee already preaty aware of this place so messege to all foreigners, this is place for visit if you are in this are!

This place is my favorite restaurant in Sagada. THE VIEW of the rice terraces is beautiful.

They open 0900 to 1800. And it's a bit of a walk from town proper which I would say 30 mins going to the cafe and 45 mins going back to town proper.

They serve vegetarian food, and I must say I AM IMPRESSED. The tofu steak I ordered was delecious ( I don't eat tofu cause it's bland) but they made it so flavourful. I love their hot chocolate as well as it's made with native (tablea) chocolate.

Ambiance : The place is quite relaxing as it is far from the town proper. They have a good playlist of music. The cafe gives out an artistic vibe to it.

Lastly, I admire the fact that they are a zero watse establishement. And try to give back to mother nature,as such in a place here in Sagada

I did a 40 minute photowalk from Dagdag to Gaia Cafe then quenched my thirst with a few bottles of ice-cold Cerveza Negra to match my very satisfying crispy tofu steak meal. This has to be one of my favorite places in Sagada. Nothing beats enjoying a drink while out on the viewing deck. That view is amazing!
