Sagada Bistro

Tried their pancit canton sagada and it was nice. A little salty to my tastebuds but lemon does the trick. Value for money is fair since the serving size is great. Their brewed coffee is also awesome! Must try in sagada.

We had dinner here last Jan 17, 2024. Loved their noodles and hot chocolate with brandy. They have a real fireplace in this restaurant. Rightly priced, great tasting food.

From the street Sagada Bistro looks enticing and we weren't disappointed when we gave it a try.

The coffee was great and they offered varieties from drip by the pot to espresso with homemade vanilla ice cream.

At the side of the Bistro there was a herb garden and I noticed it was put to good use. We had lamb, beef and sauteed vegetables. All were tasty and cooked with rosemary, ginger or thyme.

The Shanghai rolls were very good and the service was attentive and prompt.

The only negative would be the lack of view. Where many restos in town have superb view there really is none from the Bistro.

I like their sisig, and the brownies with ice cream on top. The price is mid range, not the cheapest but also not that expensive. I just can't get enough how good their sisig tho.

Awesome food! The best talaga rolled pork, I ate here 4x already in my visit here in Sagada. Definitely will recommend Sagada Bistro

One of the few restaurants open a little later than most & probably the only one with sufficient parking spaces that I came across.

They'll take a while to serve your orders, so you'll need some patience. The area is cozy though, so that shouldn't be a problem for most visitors.

We tries the rolled pork & the curry dish.

The rolled pork tasted excellent & was tender.

Curry was surprisingly soupy instead of the creamy style that's more familiar. It's perfect for the chilly Sagada weather.

This place is very chill. We drank most of the time here because the outside spot (patio) is perfect for drinking and watching people do their everyday chore. The food is also great 💗

Food is affordable ang delicious.

I loved the breakfast buffet

Salad with parmesan was delicious. Sizzling pork was great too.

Good pizza, beef shawarma and cold beer.
