The ambience is cool, we ordered Etag sisig and it was delicious. We also have the Sinampalukang Manok and it was good for cold weather during our stay

The first lunch we take in Sagada is at Salt and Pepper Diner. The ambiance of the place was very homey and everything was made of pine woods. I am actually amazed of their dried rice grain decor (if that’s what its called).

We tried the ham and cheese calzone, pesto, and the Etag pizza. Because it is freshly cooked it takes time before they serve the dishes plus given the diner’s limited manpower. But I assure you that all are great-tasting dishes. My first time to taste an Etag pizza specially the etag and I never regret it because the pizza tasted so good that I still haven’t forget until now how good it was. Here I am hoping to be back in Sagada just to taste it again. The price for me is reasonable given that the serving can be good for two person. The service is greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.

We were blown away by the Mushroom Inutom and Etag Creamy Pasta. The Mushroom Inutom is a pan-roasted chicken dish that comes with a delicious mushroom sauce. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce complemented it perfectly. The Etag Creamy Pasta, on the other hand, is a unique and flavorful dish that features Sagada's famous delicacy, Etag. The pasta was cooked al dente and the creamy sauce was rich and flavorful.

One of the best things about Salt N Pepper is the alfresco tables. They provide a stunning view of Sagada's beautiful landscape and add to the overall dining experience. We highly recommend choosing one of these tables to fully enjoy your stay in Sagada.

This is my 2nd time visiting and take my brunch in this resto....and I will definitely come back.. The place is not so cozy, but very authentic and aesthetic.. Can't argue with the food, the taste is full pack of flavor.. What we order is sinampalukang manok, sinigang na baboy, etag sisig, pancake and tapsilog.. There's a veggies sides.. This place is recommendable..

Arrived just before peak time and my order was served in a good time. The place is self service, but good ambiance. Tried etag sisig and rasberry cake. Both are good. Etag sisig comes with rice and veggie sides - super fresh ng veg!

The interior of this place is amazing especially during the night. The food is great, too!

First time I've tried etag was here. Ordered sizzling etag sisig and it was very delicious. It exceeded my expectation of the etag, even cleaned my plate including the side dish salad.

Food is delicious, didn't mind the wait for such good food. Loved their avocado ice cream! Definitely a must-try.

It s a cool place to spend some times ! The waiters / waitresses are really smiley and nice. Even though the locals are treating them not in a nice way !

We love the place aside from having the best Sinigang Pork ever and most importantly that they are PET FRIENDLY. Generous food served and friendly staff.

They have a variety of options on their menu. Meals are served in huge portions. The staff is very accommodating. They have a vape bar/kiosk inside the restaurant.

Staff are very accomodating, foods being serve is good for 2 person. You might misinterpret that it is expensive. Owner boss Jayson is so onhand with the gues. If ur in Sagada, this us the best place to stay. Room has hit and cold shower.

Among restaurants we visited, this one has the most delicious meals. We loved everything we ordered. Only thing we didn't like is the long wait for the food.

Food is very delicious, big serving and affordable. They serve really fast. I ordered classic roasted chicken and it was served in less than 10minutes.
