Carmenville Subdivision

A nice and quiet place to stay, if you are a resident in here and pass through the gate there's no need for surrendering your driver's license since you have a sticker(that can be renewed yearly at CHARA, with different color coding and designs; for a resident, resident's visitor). The other way arround that if you're not, you have to surrender your license and get it again once you exit the subdivision(for security purposes of the residents)

A huge park with twin tennis court at Rancho Drive with tall pine trees, Basketball court near Gate 2. It only lacks village swimming pool.
Few minutes drive to Korean Town, Nepo Mall, SM Clark and CDC.

When the whole downtown of Nepo Mart is busy and the traffic is getting congested in Angeles City, Carmenville Subdivision is sitting idly in quietness. This family and pets friendly housing area maintained the old traditions they inherits when the U.S. Air Base was part of the cities. Some birds that you can find in urban area can also be found in other part here.

One of the unique benefits of living in Carmenville Subdivison is the wide road of the area, possessed with old and new houses and a lot green trees surrounded and well kept by the management. The close knit community of the area is another factor, most your neighbor are friendly and the tricycles driver knows your name.

As with any guarded subdivision here in Angeles City, most the visitor are annoyed with the security guard for asking two or three question before they let you pass, but for any resident living here, they (security) are doing a good jobs and that's what they are paid for.

This is how they spread virus into the atmosphere in the name of Airshow. Be smart and know how these things are done to us.
