Villar Sipag Complex

The place is clean and a well organized business complex. A parking area with large space to accommodate plenty of vehicles and the best part... it's FREE!! Various food stalls and fast-food chains can also be seen. Buying medicine is also situated within the complex and a Convenience store is just a few steps away.

Along C5 extension is a bike friendly road with ample nature's shade all the way up to sucat road. But be cautious when you are travelling back to Las Piñas, there is a ongoing construction so expect mild to heavy traffic during rush hours..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The place covers a large area, there is a mall, large parking space both pay and free parking.

You can go there in the morning when its nice to bike, jog and skate because there is a large open space also where you can have such activities.

Or you can also go there in the afternoon, preferably at 4pm until they closed at 10pm.

You can bring food and eat inside your vehicle or you can buy food, there are a lot of food carts and stalls that offer different local and international cuisine.

Spacious. Complete. My son and his fiancee had their prenuptial pictorial here, and will have their reception at the courtyard (located at the complex as well). Dining and drinking is not a problem, from fastfood to coffee to bar. And there's also a church within the complex.

Really a good spot for family outdoor activities, specially with kids

Better to stay at night with friends and families. Pet friendly too.

Great places to stay here at Las Piñas, This is an open private park where did you stroll and eat around the vicinity. There are events place here The Villar Sipag Hall and Old House. Also you can see a Catholic Church here near Golden Heaven.

This place or complex has many things in place, Church, fastfood and resto, hotel, venue and halls for big function like wedding reception and birthday, they even have DTI office here, ATM machines, all day mart, mercury drug store, Golden haven memorial, crematory and colombarium

This place is cozy, big, spacious parking, plenty of food choices. If you want to relax - go here! 👌 best place to unwind esp. in coffee shop around here. 🙂

It is a great place for family to hang out and a variety of food stalls to choose.

I like the ambiance there. Some stores there are also open in the morning where you can eat after exercise .

A place where you can do jogging or exercise and when your hungry you can dine at their Al fresco food stalls located at the center of the place. There is also church that you can visit to pray solemn..

The area is always clean, people practice the clay go as they eat outside. Very spacious.

Nice, friendly and cozy place where senior's and 17 and twelve year olds took their booster and first dose of vaccination respectively.

Love the bazaar, night market, it's where u can satisfy your food cravings...and there is a designated lawn for minors to standby and play.
