Yashano Mall Legazpi

Staffs were accommodating, approachable, and friendly. Wheelchair-accessible also. Customer service is great. From appliances to foods, they are almost complete with everything you need to an affordable price.

This mall opened way back 2015 three years prior to the SM City Legazpi. During those years, there was no carpark building until it was build around 2021 or 2022 plus there is an expansion of the building. They do have a fast food, resto, food kiosks, and cellphone accessories. Some of them are from Metro Manila which they opened as 1st branch in the Bicol. They sell affordable all types of items base on your needs. It is very convenient because it is located beside SM City Legazpi. ☺🤗👍

Very pleasant atmosphere. Extremely clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I was amazed with my eye lashes. I will be back for more services!

Good place for shopping and cheaper than sm mall

The store has a lot of affordable products, ranging from household cleaning necessities, tech gadgets, and even furnitures.

The mall has a lot to offer. i loved the spa experience. they have 2 spas and i loved it. The mall itself is a one-stop-shoppe... They also have a play area forkids inside their department store which is very helpful for a mother of a 2+ year old boy like me. Also, they have restaurants and food carts everywhere. kudos!

Great place for shopping cheap items. A lot of stalls that serve food. Checkout daniebakes best seller cookie tart for souvenir! Great for snacks specially if you pair it woth coffee.

Always check your car for damages when parking in their underground parking lot.
Someone rammed my car and broke the left headlight - Hit and Run Incident.

the bathroom are spacious and clean.
parking is PLENTY.
open until 9-ish PM (now it's just up to 8PM)

Very much safe due to lots of security officers. All in one Market! You can buy food, school supplies and many more good product.

A budget-friendly mall in Legazpi. It has gotten bigger even. Super convenient especially for those who come to SM Legazpi. Great accessibility.

Good cheap Dollar-store quality stuff. If you are on a budget or want to pay low prices, this is a great go-to place. But the quality is low. Staff are attentive and helpful. It's a bit disorganized, but makes sense when you have been there several times. I found the clothing on the top floor, not as cheap priced as I thought it would be, but low quality. They have an ample number of Trikes available outside. There is also a lot of food and technology vendors available for every need including a vape-smoke booth.

OH, stay away from the cell-phone repair shop, at least for a SIM card. They charged me double (99 peso) for a 49 peso Dito Mobile card.
