Although there is now SM in Legazpi, it is still a good place to hang out because it is not much crowded plus it is accessible to jeepneys bound for Daraga. ☺

Nice view of the Mayon Volcano erupting on the top floor, they can tell if you're a tourist if you stayed on that spot for too long! 10/10!

Went there to perform a play for Pista nin Teatro 2023.

The mall was really clean and staff are accommodating. Complete with anything you need too.

I love the restroom 🥰 so clean and with fragrant smell. Food in fastfood are affordable and with choice healthy food. 👍👍👍

This is a good shopping center. It gets crowded when there are events in Legazpi City like Magayon festival or Ibalong festival or when there are visitors like actors and actresses. This is at the city center, walking distance from UST-Legazpi Peñaranda campus or Tanchauling College, or from St. Jude Parish and St. Raphael parish. There are good choices of restaurants from the 1st to 3rd floor.
The movie house is really good compared to SM City Legazpi's. The LCC department store and supermarket are attached to it, so it is very convenient to do the shopping here.
At the 4th floor or rooftop, you can enjoy the majestic view of Mayon Volcano (when the whether permits 😅).

Great help for my cafe specially supermarket closes at 9 pm.

One stop store in the middle of the city

A lot of shoppers inside, find what I need to buy easily with the aide of numerous polite sales personnels

Been there and its great. Coffeeshops, restos, grocery and department store are all in there.

Just couple of minutes drive, still lot of improvements probably due to COVID a coue of stores closed. But i hope that they can come back.

Travellers can easily locate Ayala Legazpi because of various routes from Daraga and other districts. A shopping mall that gathers cinemas, cafe, locally made handicraft products, restaurants at the heart of Legazpi, Albay. It offers every visitor a free access to gowifi. The view deck of Mt. Mayon at the 3rd floor is a sure place to visit. Its cinema is updated with the latest released films.

Great parking space in the basement. Perfect place for meet ups.

With free wifi. They have other businesses inside the mall. Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Greenwich, Chowking, etc. And also there are a lot of tech stores. They also have Pasalubong area.

Nice basement parking...near elavator & stairs...mall is nice every corner has exit to a location near your distination place you want

Good. However more stall are under renovation as of this moment. But place still good for mall strolling and buying items/product. Perfect for relaxation.
