Fast service and hospitable employees.

there are times that the bank is full of people especially around 10AM onwards. expect a bit of crowded seats, long waiting times for deposits/over-the-counter withrawals and some lines along their ATMs.

The ATM machine is not working for almost 3 weeks now, I cant activate and withdraw funds. This bank moved to its new Location on LandCo Business Park.

Been calling several times. But no one answer.

Called the landline at the Legazpi City branch several times but one answers.

Bad Service. The person at counter no. 2 is rude to her customers, di ko na po nahingi ang name niya po. Nagdadalawang isip na po akong bumalik sa Unionbank dahil natrigger po ako sa mannerism niya at nagdulot po ito ng kaba po saakin. Balak ko nalang po sana iclose ang account ko po para makalaya na po sakanya dahil palagi po akong natatawag sa counter no. 2.

Two times ko na po siyang nakaharap in different days and her manners is still the same. Gusto ko po sana itong ireport and I'm also hoping na hindi niya na po ito tuluyang gawin ulit sa iba pang mga susunod na customers.
