This experience was from February 2022. As patients, we are asked to wait patiently for our turn. The dentist and the clinic staff know exactly what to do. There's a handwashing area (the coolest handwashing area I've seen in a dental clinic).

Dental problem was immediately addressed. Moderate teeth cleaning session is just satisfying.

Will come back anytime soon.

Booked an appointment for 1730, advised to come in at least 15mins before the scheduled appointment, came in 4mins late. Waited for almost an hour before being seen by the dentist; nobody tried to update or inform me what was causing the delay if I didn’t complain/ask; just eavesdropped from the other ?receptionists/attendants talking that the procedure of the client before me is taking a while for some reason. I guess one of the receptionists knew that I was about to complain anytime because I kept on looking at their clock to check the time, but still, she didn't say anything. Also, a lady who came after me was seen first, I don’t know if she even booked an appointment or not, but again none of the staff explained why they were seeing her first. I find it unprofessional just allowing clients to wait without giving them a proper update or heads up of what is going on. Hopefully, this can be addressed by the management accordingly.

Seen by the dentist around 1825, procedure finished in 15-20mins. On a good note, the dentist was nice and very gentle during the treatment. The clinic has an amiable, trendy and sophisticated look. This month they offer free dental checkups, including for braces and kids.

Nice and cozy place. People are accommodating yet won't recommend it. This clinic is after quantity over quality. Having an appointment is useless. Waited for more than an hour yet service is being rushed. They will not give you price range if you will just drop by for an inquiry. No privacy, too exposed to other patients. Expensive service, not worth the money. If you want to feel valued and quality of service not this clinic. If within the mall, choose the other one, you have two options anyway. My bad, I had a bad choice for my teeth 😂

Bad experience. been waiting for 4 hours, no communication which is next even though we’re 2nd on the line. Staffs need to work on communication with clients. they just lost 2 new potential clients/patients. Suggest to look for other clinics instead, very unprofessional and not something you would expect or experience for a dental clinic.
