Consistently clean rooms, cool aircon and hot showers. Very helpful staff.

Southern Comforts is a pension house with a prime location right in front of a constructed Gaisano Mall. The toilet and bath facilities are satisfactory, but there's a definite need for improved cleanliness. The low water pressure makes taking a shower inconvenient. The internet connection is average, allowing for basic tasks. One of the highlights is the helpful and accommodating staff. Additionally, the on-site cafeteria is a convenient option for dining. With some attention to cleanliness and water pressure, Southern Comforts could offer an even more enjoyable stay.

Rude front desk. Poor service. Rooms no 2nd locks. Worst than gv hotels.

Basic rooms. Good enough for a night's sleep. Superb location though.
