Al Maxi Apartelle

This is a village and you will be the only foreigners there. This hotel made us feel very welcomed in a very remote place.. we splurged for the apartment rather than the room.. it was great and comfortable .

I've stayed at Al Maxi's a couple of times when visiting friends in Aloguinsan. Single rooms are simple but very comfortable. The larger rooms are fitted out better. Aping is the owner - a lovely lady, very helpful. Use ear-plugs if the early-rising roosters annoy you (Philippines-wide problem)...! All in all, Al Maxi's is a great little place to stop over if you need a bed in the Aloguinsan region.

we drove motorcycle were going to south oslob and its getting dark and this is the only hotel that we found in this city.
cheap good price for 1 day like 800pesos up depends in there other available rooms.
they have aircon, bathroom with soap and tissue.we got 1 bed good for 2pax. cabinet and table set. its good if your travelling and need to stop over to sleep.

The place is good for spending your night with 1 family or max of 5 people. It's neat. Price is reasonable. There are two A/C bedrooms good for two each but can accomodate extra person. Free towels, tissue paper and hand/body soap.

The bathroom/CR is big enough. Some maintenance needed though on the shower head as it's somehow clogged with mineral deposits.

They have a mini fridge and kitchen counter with sink and faucet but no cooking appliances.

It was annoying to learn though that their sink is clogged. During the eve after giving feedback to the owner, we noticed loud noise from the drain as if water is going down and up. Thought it was being repaired but following morning. It was still clogged. Useless.

They have parking space max of two cars can park. But there are other vacant spaces across the street though which maybe you can park your car overnight.

If you stay inside the living room during day time to watch TV or do something, it's quite warm as there is no windows where fresh air can come in.

Hope this gives you a better insight of this apartelle.

The only budget option in this area. It's OK for a short stay but has seen better days.

just stop over just to sleep.
no other hotel we found.. if you with foreigners be ready for rooster at 4am, dog barking,gecko and big truck on the road.
my husbnd cant sleep too loud.

dirty, small, expensive. A very bad hotel
