Definitely the best best liempo I've ever tasted. Arrived at the place around 9:05am but was told by the neighboring stall that Johnna's opens at 10am, so I roamed around the town for a few minutes and waited for 10am. It's just a 45 minute cruise from my house anyway.

Definitely among the upper echelon of Liempo restaurant, although people like us just park infront to buy carry out. I know how to make lechon belly, and i agree with their cooking process, even more so with the taste, texture and tenderness of their product. looks greasy but it doesn't taste like it. You know it's lechon is good when you don't need sauce on the side, Just lechon and rice.
