The Oriental Bataan

Our experience in this hotel is outstanding! The interior decor was very impressive. The food was absolutely delicious. And the staff were friendly and courteous. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The cleanliness is also exceptional. Over all this hotel is a gem and a must see. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to have a relaxing weekend!

The place was quite relaxing. Upon arrival, we were served welcome drinks and cold facial towel to freshen us up The staff at the Cocoon restaurant were quite attentive. The presidential suite and the governor's suite were impressive, clean and huge. A welcome pastries and fruits were waiting for us inside the room. The Forest Grill offered us the best seafood. We only stayed for 1 night, wish we could stay longer.

This is my first time visiting this place. If you weren’t guided by an acquaintance, you might not know there is a hotel here.

I LOVED the Oriental Bataan. The room we booked was spacious and well-equipped. We loved the number of activities we had from the get-go and the fact that we had a homey space to retire to after a day's worth of island hopping. I really liked the breakfast buffet - the selection wasn't too overwhelming but it was enough to satisfy our cravings. The staff attended to our concerns quickly and in a friendly manner. They also served with smiles on their faces. We saved a lot in transferring from the hotel to somewhere near porto for the boat rentals because they allowed us to use their hotel shuttle. They were all so incredibly accommodating. I and my family members will definitely be returning. Till then, we hope many others will experience the goodness of staying in this hotel.

This is a very upscale place and has an amazing view from it's deck out by the parking lot. Because of the pandemic it's food and beverage selections are limited right now but what makes up for it is the amazing staff. They are so kind and want to serve you to the upmost. There's a pool and although I didn't see any of the hotel rooms around it I was told by a local I was with that they are very nice.

Loving it. Awesome location. Outstanding and friendly staff. Excellent accomodation. Views, rooms and pool are exceptional. Would highly recommended.

We had a very great stay last weekend. The staffs are kind and accomodating. I lost my mobile phone while going around the property but it was turned over to them which they happily give back. Thank God! The food was great also. We had a dinner seafood buffet and it didn't failed us. The rooms are nice and since we are a nature lover kind of family, the location suits as well. We'll be back for sure:)

We spent time with family and friends this weekend at The Oriental Hotel Bataan, location, all the staff was amazing and excellent services. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The food was amazing and all the staff are very friendly.

I love everything that I experienced in this hotel. The location, ambiance, architecture, food, the staffs, everything! All nice and warm. The room is clean too. If there's one thing I want to add, it is the bidet in the toilet and some electric outlet to be placed in locations where mostly needed like the work table and a lamp too.

Everything about this hotel was very nice. Staff is well trained and very polite. Place is clean all around. Emergency generator, breakfast buffet, 3 beautiful restaurants. Quality bedding, fast internet, clean pool.
We were welcomed with ice cold pineapple juice!

Nice room, elegant hotel layout, great pool facility. Although I am not a fan of all Asian food, there were enough options that I could find several items that pleased my palate. The dinner buffet was very elaborate, as was the breakfast buffet which, included with room price made for exceptional value. The staff were top notch! Air conditioned bus to and from Balanga was very economical and reasonably comfortable. 'The oriental' had a van to pick us up at the bus terminal, unfortunately they were not able to drop us off there.
Overall, one of the best hotel experiences ever!

We enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights stay at the resort. Love the food, the ambiance and most of all, the super friendly and kind staff. They made sure we were comfortable in every way. Will surely come back :)

This is our first out of town as a couple and we were extremely happy with the stay, the food was fabulous, the service is exceptional, the bed is comfy, the room was spacious and the facilities more than adequate. Very peaceful night and waking to the rays of the sun. All staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable to stay! Great value, highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

We're staying there 2-3 days weekly since July 2022. All the staffs are very accommodating, esp Ms Ces and Ms Mags (front desk) and Cap Archie (Head waiter).. Thank you so much. It is truly our home away from home.

The place was amazing! The deluxe room that we got is so spacious and very relaxing. They also include a buffet breakfast upon check in. They have ample parking spaces and also have 2 restaurants that you can choose from. They're rates may be a littke steep but ask for their promo price and you night get a discount and save 4k. Though what appealed me the most is how friendly and accomodating their staff are. I loved my stay and I am sure you will too.

Place is private and classy. I think you're not allowed here unless you're a VIP. Those photos I took were as is. Guess the great weather made it better. Managed to get in because of work. Didn't even look at the bill. I'm afraid to look at it. LOL!

A very nice place to go for a weekend. We checked in The Oriental Hotel, and it is so relaxing. Hotel is lovely. Over looking for mountain view and nice pool. It's peaceful and close to nature. They got best rooms to offer, and the food is the best.. Should go for a buffet, especially for dinner (oh my g...the seafood😊😊😊). And if you are a big bike rider, road is full of fun and interesting. Me and my boyfriend goes around with his Vulcan650👍👍👍..

A gem of place to stay. Never been entertained during breakfast and dinner. Food is excellent. The view is awesome. Staff is very accommodating and hospitable. The rooms are clean and modern.

Overall it was a perfect vacation.

Reservation and Booking - Superb! they only require you 10% of the cost of stay and it was really easy to book at your site. Promos are also fit for your budget. They are also very accommodating to all my queries.

Rooms - the rooms are clean and well maintained, the smell of the linens and the room as well is pleasant, maybe because they do not allow smoking in all of their rooms including the verandas.

Facilities - thumbs up! the lounge, dining area and pool area and the spa are also well maintained and really instagram worthy. The spa attendant / therapist are well trained. We avail the promo of room with massage for 2 and it is really worth for the price you pay. We had a very relaxing stone massage, which i must admit that it is one of the best massages that I have experienced so far.

Staff - they are courteous and really pleasant. They are all smiling and very accommodating to our needs. They offer great assistance from the time of booking up until the checkout. They also reply back to your queries at email really quick.
We arrived at Bataan and stay at Jollibee Mariveles to have our lunch, I called up the reception to ask if the shuttle is available to pick us up at the pick-up point, but instead picking us at the Baseco (pick up point) they offered to fetch us at Jollibee which is very comfortable for us because we still need to ride a tricycle to go to Baseco. Another thing is that they will also bring you to terminals after you check out from the hotel. We also like to commend the effort of the staff for sending back the camping tent which we accidentally left at the hotel. Keep up the good work!

Foods - they all taste good! Well cooked and seasoned just right, the only thing that needs quite improvement is the refilling of the viands. :-)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends. See you soon!

The hotel is an old establishment but they have maintained its beauty. You can see the Mariveles proper in the overlooking resto which is a great view during the night or at sunset. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The place is good for families or friends to enjoy the scenic view in Bataan and relax at the same time. The food in the buffet breakfast was delicious and they kept on changing the dishes on a daily basis so visitors are in for a treat.
