CityMall Tarlac

It's my 3rd time going to CityMall San Rafael. The place is across Wilcon and DOLE Tarlac. The food court is not crowded. The grocery is also not crowded, no long lines and no time wasted for waiting.

CityMall is a community mall brand that caters to the basic needs of its surrounding neighborhood. While it may not offer a wide variety of shops and choices, it is the perfect destination for those looking for only the bare essentials. It offers FREE rooftop parking, making it a hassle-free experience for shoppers. As of June 2023, here are the complete tenant list:

Grocery - MerryMart Grocery (Available in GrabMart)
Foodworld - Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal (All available in Grab & Foodpanda)
Courier/Remittance- LBC Express
Hardware - Ace Hardware (Opens 8:00 AM, use Ace back entrance)
Pharmacy - Watsons (Click & Collect available)
Bank/ATM - BDO (opens even on weekends)
Furniture - San Yang

CityMall has everything you need and more, making it the ultimate one-stop-shop for all your basic needs!

Clean and peaceful. New normal policies were applied. It's just that the temperature inside isn't that cool.

Clean bathroom. The temperature is just right, just need to improve on fastfood area. This mall has almost everything (essential) you need. Good thing they also have Watsons, I don't need to go to Sm Tarlac anymore. Fastfoods are also available and wide parking lot.

Will give higher rating when the supermarket opens.

Aug 2023: Merry mart now open. Very convenient, no big crowds like SM.

I love the food stalls inside. Clean and cool comfort rooms. The place is really nice.

Its convenient for those who would like to let their kids play. It feels safe since its not crowded and the mall isn't too big.
