Quality products , clean store , staff solved my problem quickly.

Some staffs are approachable and some are not. Bright ambiance and clean and organized place.

Mostly out of stocks on their iPhone esp iPhone 13 series and other older model.

Limited options for some Apple items. Staffing is a bit erratic. There are also Beats and JBL products. They accept cash and card payments.

The last time I visited, there were a lot of sales assistant but nobody assisted me with the device Im looking for, so I just went directly to the cashier to pay for it. Then when they knew about it that nobody assisted me, they just placed a random name who was working there to document that someone “assisted” me, I dont know the main reason for this though.

staff are not approachable

coming 2 times and waiting many hours for buy iphone, my good i don't buy a car or a house just a phone.

The staff are not approachable and won't entertain questions unless you have sparkling jewelry and expensive handbags. They justdge your purchasing power based on your outward ensemble.

I don't know if the staff lacks in knowledge of the products being sold or they're just judgy of customers coming in the store. Just buy apple stuff online. Not a welcoming ambiance. Small store as well.
