I recently bought my scooter( Honda Beat) 2 months ago and i bought it cash. Unfortunately there is an factory defect with the cylinder block as per the technician in Guanzon Carmona Branch. The technician noticed when he changed the oil on the scooter and was surprised when he removed the oil and not so much oil left on the scooter. It was my second change oil, first one i did was when i reach 300kms and the second one was when i reached 1000kms so i even schedule the change oil earlier than it is supposed to be changed.Moving forward, The management on the said branch already took a video of my scooter that producing a lot of smoke coming from the muffler and send a report(email) to higher management since my bike is still under warranty.Unfortunately,until now there is no response yet from the higher management and it has been 3 weeks already when they filed that report and sent it through email. I’m trying to follow once in a while but i still received same answer,
