Reyneth Parkview Hotel & Resort

It's not worth it; it's the most expensive hotel but has the worst facilities on our Bicol trip. 1500 for 12 hours.

The lady who assisted us asked us if we wanted a receipt for our payment. When I answered yes, she looked disappointed. When we checkout, no one is there to assist or get the key of our room. I tried to call their cellphone number, but it was unattended. I was not sure if it was off or no signal, so it took us almost 20 minutes before someone assisted us. When the lady (not the one who received our payment) approaches us, she asks if we have already paid, and I say yes. She didn't believe me at first, so I showed her the receipt so that we could leave. So I was like, What will happen if I don't get the receipt?

The bed is good, but the CR does not have a flush or bidet, no hot & cold water, the toilet bowl is small, and there's a hole in the ceiling. 2024 rate for year 2000 something facilities
