One of the few hotels where I always feel at home staying. That's why I "live" here whenever I'm in Dipolog!

It’s such a great hotel that i’v ever known

I always stay here when I’m in Dipolog. One of the best hotels in town.

Location: The place is very strategic. it’s in the heart of town. The parking is just limited but the staff and security are helpful in securing you a spot. Restaurants and shops are just nearby.

Place/Ambiance: DHotel has been there for years but they were able to maintain the facilities. It still looks fresh and nice.

Price: Price is reasonable. Their lowest price is 1300 for single occupancy. It could go as high as 7k though but that’s for their best suite already.

Food: there are multiple food options. They have a Japanese restaurant and bar at the 6th floor. At the ground floor they have a Pinoy resto with cafe. There’s also an Italian menu. I’m surprised that their Japanese food is good. I’m a picky Japanese food eater but I enjoyed this one. Their pinoy food are great as well. Cakes are good. Coffee is good. All in all, the food they serve in all their restaurants are good. Check out their special menu as well!

Breakfast: their breakfast comes with the room rate. I’m not a big fan of it. It’s very basic. One dish. Rice. Egg. And choice of drinks.

Service: the service is amazing! Very nice staff. Very courteous. Their restaurant staff are accommodating and always alert. Their housekeeping is fast. I don’t usually have my room serviced in any hotel unless needed. But when I asked for a fresh set of towel, they delivered almost instantly. Most of all, their front desk staff are great people. Always smiling. I only remember Nova’s name because she was always the one who take care of our reservations. But there’s also this young woman at the reception who delivers great service. Bonus points also to Manong Guard who is always alert and snappy.

very nice hotel for my rugged face. the rooms are clean. the showers are great. the staff are awesome. the parking not so much, just park behind some other cars in front of the hotel. front desk, will notify you to move to a slot when its available. no big deal. over all i highly recommend this hotel. the internet is fast, like the one you have in your house here in the philippines. please, do not compare the speed of the internet in your home country abroad. you will be disappointed. so, there you go!

Nice place, very cozy to stay here

The hotel is located in downtown Dipolog city, accessible if you want to make a quick stop at the convenience stores and market. It's walking distance to the boulevard by the sea. The rooms are very clean. Friendly staff and personel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Elevator is working but still under maintenance because the buttons doesn’t correspond to the floor it its supposed to be , yet a good factor if you ate a lot then it would be the best way to burn a little bit.
