If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I went to this location to pay a bill. We waited 30 minutes to pay and watched as other customers who came after us had their transactions completed before ours. As in, other customers were walking up and having their transactions processed in 5 minutes. And our bill was a very small and simple bill. When my husband went to inquire about why their transactions were processed even though they came later, the staff refused to answer his question or talk to him at all. They should have atleast explained why so we could understand why we were waiting a really long time but they literally said nothing and wouldn't acknowledge my husband's inquiry. The staff treated us with the utmost disrespect. It seems there was discrimination going on at this location. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Needless to say, we left and chose to conduct our business elsewhere.
