Park Inn by Radisson Clark

My recent stay at Park Inn Clark was truly exceptional. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. Modern amenities were readily available, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout my visit.

Our go-to hotel whenever we travel. Convenient location as its just beside a major mall. The breakfast buffet has a great selection. Their service is top notch! I also really like their housekeeping, especially to Mr. Vanjoe & Adonis. They really accommodated our request for extra pillows and even gave us more water and tea selections in our room. Thank you very much!

Stayed there for 3 weeks first time back in 31 years to the Philippines. It was a safe and comfortable hotel. The staff was very respectful and comforting. I have a crush on one of the workers. But never said anything until the last day of my stay cause I didn't want to make it awkward during my 3 week stay and she works there 🙃. Lol life 😅

Staff are courteous and nice. They always smile and try to address whatever help you need.

Marren, Rem and everyone in the front desk are super helpful. All staff seem to be happy all the time. We will definitely stay there again if going in the area.

Our 2 week stay was awesome! From front desk, Hues food and service, rooms and room service, housekeeping and security. All staff were courteous and professional. The close proximity to SM Clark is definitely a plus for dining and shopping experiences. Definitely will stay @ Park Inn again the next time we're in Pampanga! And highly recommended!

Reception staff and room attendants, Jack and Aldy welcomed us with their warm smiles. They were very accommodating and so helpful with our needs. Park Inn is lucky to have employees who are customer-oriented. They provided excellent service and made our stay wonderful. Room is clean, complete with amenities and hotel is only a few steps away from restaurants and a mall.

Easily accessible,but still quiet and comfortable. Excellent customer service, most notably by Sir Rem of Front Desk and Sir Rusty of Housekeeping for always going above and beyond to meet our specific needs and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn! All the staff were so helpful. We had to do some work and the room light was very dim, so they kindly sent up a floor lamp to make things more comfortable. Housekeeping also sent a sweet note thanking me for choosing the hotel. I’ve been searching for a place to stay at while in Clark, and I think I found it! Very comfortable, valet parking makes things easier, and the location is fantastic because everything you might need is at the ground floor c/o SM Clark. In spite of the central location, it’s still pretty quiet. Very happy!

I agree with Syasisha . Everyone went the extra steps to my extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food at the Hues restaurant was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and always asked if there was anything they could do for me . I was introduced to the management who were examples of the exceptional hospitality. Aldy and Jack of the housekeeping staff made certain my room was kept in top condition. I certainly would stay here again. Thank you everyone at the Park Inn.

I stayed at Park Inn for 10 days and the service and staff were some of the best I've experienced in decades of traveling.

The housekeeping manager, Nelson, checked in on me a couple of times during my stay and Ian, housekeeping for my room during my stay, was very thoughtful, leaving notes to see if I needed anything and even making towel animals a few days, a very fun surprise when I came back at the end of the day. The few things I asked for were accommodated quickly. The room was comfortable and had all I needed, the bed was good and firm.

The breakfast buffet was sizeable and covered all tastes and preferences. Again the staff was lovely, Jessie greeted me by name from the first day to the last and she always checked on everything, even giving me my hot drinks to go as I headed out to work. She was a delight, seeing her first thing in my day was very welcome! The cooks at the omlette station knew my order quickly, always got it right and were prompt, even with lots of people ordering. It's busiest on weekday around 8 am! Everyone worked hard and was vey kind.

The only suggestion would be that the hallways carpets looked like they need a deep cleaning. It was a bit noisy at times, hallway noises from other guests were easily heard in the room, but not enough to disrupt my sleep.

I look forward to a future stay the next time I'm here for work or pleasure. Being in Clark, there is every restaurant/store you could want or need, so a very convenient location!

The room was clean and well fitted out for our travel requirements. The hotel team have been friendly, patient and helpful. The BBQ dinner around the pool was amazing and Rube was was attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Ambiance - cozy and very inviting place to eat and dine with family.
Staff - very kind and accommodating specially when they serve food they are very polite and assits if guests need more assistance
Supervisor - Ms. Keanna was very hospitable to guests, she makes sure that staff serves quality food on time. She's also very kind and accommodating
Food - good food! My kids enjoyed their fries, ice cream and coffee.
Overall, my family and I will definitely go back and eat here. Not only that the food is good but so are the staff! Job well done!

Excellent location. Right by SM Mall and near the airport and Clark Freeport. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Our room attendants, Aldy and Jack, keep the rooms tidy and spotless. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. An excellent choice if you are coming to Central Luzon.

The best hotel in Clark! Excellent customer service. Every staff from the guard, waiters, guest relations, concierge is very polite, friendly and attentive. Special mention to Nelson, Leo, James, Kelvie, Kiko, Joanna. They will go an extra mile to attend to our requests. Clean and very good breakfast. The New Year's Countdown event was a blast!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Park Inn Clark to celebrate the wedding anniversary of my parents. All the staff from the security personnel, front desk staff and servers were very accommodating. I would like to commend the duty manager, AJ Anonuevo and Miggy from front desk for making our stay memorable. Location of the hotel is also great near SM Clark and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was also yummy!

It was amazing.

I stayed a day/night with my daughter to attend a concert. The staff were all friendly courteous and accomodating. Shout out to Marren who helped us checked in to our room earlier than usual. I explained our situation and helped make it happen. If it werent for him we would have missed the concert. Truly appreciate he helping. Exceptional!
