Quite fast transactions, though you have to wait cause the office is really crowded with people applying for their licences..

Mabilis din naman kht papano.. sobrang dami nga lang ng tao at hnggang ngyon ay wala paring id card..😞

Very cramped and uncomfortable place to be. The process is painfully slow and the seating is very limited. There is only 1 window processing license renewals so the average is about 3 per hour...with hundreds waiting outside , it seems hopeless to get done. Took 6 hours for me to get through upon arriving early. Plan a full day if you will visit, bring plenty of food and water, be sure your phone is fully charged and pack a whole lot of patience. You will be brushing up against a lot of people trying to squeeze through to get to the windows or just to get out. So check your personal belongings regularly for pick-pockets. Try to plan a day there that is sunny or no rain in case you have to stand outside for hours. If your a foreigner with extra cash to spend, it will speed up your process instantly. Money moves you through the process faster.

Poor Experience! Ang bagal ng process, nagrenew aq Ng license q march 29, 2016, sabe marerelease ng October 6.2016,then my father came back to get my license, sabe wala pa, july 2017 pa daw marerelease license q....

Sana hiwalay ang accomodations para sa mga renewal at students permit. Sobrang kukupad naman ata kumilos ng mga tao dito't 100 person lang ang kaya nilang i-accomodate sa buong maghapon.

Very POOR service. I can't imagine how can this office process all the request for renewal. My friend renewed his license 2nd week of January this year pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin ang laminated license niya. Ako naman nag renew last April of the same year, naka ilang ulit na akong tawag sa kanilang office ang laging sinasabi wala pa daw ang kanilang supplies. Hindi ba ito ginagawan ng action? Baka naman aabutin pa ang license namin sa next renewal namin. Grable! Umaksyon naman po kayo!!!

Poor experience!!! Nagpunta Ako last February 2016 for my drivers license, binalikan KO today March 15 2016 for pick up. Sabe I process daw. Then bigla sinabe SIRA ANG MACHINE. Nice!!!! At Sa MAY 4 2016 pa daw magkakaroon Ng machine.

Sobrang bagal ng process nag renew ako nung feb pa sabi july daw makukuha pero until now wala pa rin... sobrang abala ng ginagawa nila dito kaya ka nga nag renew kasi kailangan mo na tapos tagal mo ng inantay sasabihin sayo na wala pa rin hanggang ngayon sabi sakin nung nagpunta ko ulit january 2018 pa daw nakakaloko lang...
