I must say that this hospital is incompetent. The process is so slow and long even if it's already an emergency. You guys really have to pay attention to your patients needs and complaints.

wala maintenance, wala sa ayos, matagal results, dami kuskos balungos, pangit nurse 😅

There's nothing special about this hospital. Per staff, they most likely prioritize patients who are admitted through private ward. If you don't have money to show, you will die in their care. Don't even bother to bring your family member at this hospital unless you are rich. Even if I can afford it, I wouldn't bring my family member here. They don't deserve your money. Very incompetent and unprofessional staff!

We just want to let everyone know how incompetent this hospital. They only care about the bills not the patient. We rushed our Aunt in this hospital last week, Friday; and was diagnosed stroke. We informed them that this is the third time she had a stroke. We were told that our Aunt and the person that will accompany her needs to be tested of Covid and be isolated; however, they can only be tested but the result will be on Monday because they said they do not have a lab that will perform the tests like swab, blood test etc. The Doctors and nurses does not communicates well with each other.

Wala lagi ang mga Sa Ward...papabayaan Lang nila mamatay pasyente nila.. My mom died last Saturday dahil hindi inaasikaso ng doktor. Lagi postphone nila mga test nya...lalo n yung ultrasound syempre hindi nila pakainin si mama dahil ultrasound next day..tapos kinabukasan sabihin na nman nila na postphone ulit...
Before my mom died nakiusap pa sya na kung maari ilipat nmin sya sa private hospital dahil Hindi nman daw sya mahal ng doktor dyan..nagusap n kmi magkakapatid na ilipat na sya kinabukasan sa Saint Jude but too late na...she died Nung kinagabihan...
Sinabihan p ng doktor yung sister ko the first day na wag daw ipakita pagmumukha nila doon dahil Sa simpleng daing ng mama ko na she wants to go home nlng...
