Happy's All Day Breakfast

We ordered Happy's Tapa (as seen on the photo included) and Bangus. This one is a hearty meal since you got egg, rice, fruit and veggies, and fried saba. Also, there's a complimentary brewed coffee.

Additional to that, I also tried their caramel macchiato. It's small yet a generous serving. We also shared blueberry souffle pancake (2pcs.) with whipped cream and honey on the side.

Will definitely go back here to try other food on the menu.

Offerings are fairly priced with enough variety to cater to different dining preferences. Staff are amazing as well. I recommend the breakfast options, but it's worth trying the other options, too.

Note: Limited parking space, but SM City Rosales is just 200 meters or so away so it's quite a short walk or tricycle ride.

recently visited and had a fantastic experience. the breakfast options were delicious and diverse, catering to a variety of dietary needs. the real standout, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. highly recommended 👍

Yellow theme like yellowtards but then this place is not political. Its ambiance shall melow you down like a a buzz of a glass of wine, the vibe makes you stay longer.

We ordered wings, pizza, rice, pasta, tacos and iced mocha. Food is great pati yung drink, but the portion for it's price konti but kung taste lang it's really good, drinks are on promo kaya enjoy especially sa mga coffee based masarap. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Surely will comeback if mapadaan ulit sa Carmen.
