CFK is THE best place to start your crossfit adventure. The bedrock of this box is its community---from the coaches to all its members. Hands down to the best kind of workout you can possibly get as they'll make you strong (and further push you to be stronger) and the camaraderie with the people you will meet here. Crossfit WODs could be tough and really challenging yet fun enough to make you go back for more. The place is well-maintained and spacious. CFK offers diverse schedule to accommodate busy people available in the morning, noontime, as well as in the evening. CF Katipunan has a great location as well, it is very near to LRT katipunan that is suitable for commuters and a huge parking lot that is walking distance only for people who prefer to drive. And last but not the least, their price is very good. They give occasional discounts to students and special promos for long term admissions. Okay, bottomline is that CFK is a great place with great people to achieve one's fitness goals!!! Woohoo! 💪😁 🏋‍♂

Highly recommending this CrossFit box at QC with friendly staff and highly competitive coaches with strong fitness backgrounds. They are very proactive in guiding you in every movement so you wont feel singled out.

One of the few boxes that has complete (and clean) equipment and facilities.

One more thing I like about CFK is tha classes can serve both beginners (Bootcamp) and advanced ones (CrossFit) right about the same class time. They also have a barbell club for those weightlifting enthusiasts.

The place is super spacious and the coach we had is very amiable. It is also easy to go to the place. Near food joints and a convenience store. :)
