A bit pricey but very good facilities, ambience and services. We enjoyed their free breakfast consisting of fried flying fish delicacy, eggs with rice and brewed coffee. We were able to ask the staff to cook local fish delicacies other than what is offered on their menu, paying for the additional cost incurred. Since this is a bit far from town, they offer free transport service to and from the airport, but you pay their transport services at 900p for about 3 hours service within Basco. Also, here are restaurants and a cafe nearby.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. During our stay a Super typhoon landed nest Batanes but the staff keep us safe. The hotel is safe from typhoon. We hardly noticed the strong winds and heavy downpour when we are inside our room. They also give us complimentary food pack before the storm. The good thing about the hotel staff is they are relax and calm despite the had weather. They are the true gem of the hotel. Lucky boss to have such a loyal and hardworking staff to work for them. They sacrifice their safety to make sure the guests are safe. I have no problem with the internet connection. The beauty of Batanes is the perfect place to unplug. Batanes is a place to unplug and reconnect with nature. The hotel offers free airport transfer. Try the Lola's longgniza for breakfast it's kind of the restaurant specialty. Also the staff of the restaurant are just way too cool and friendly. The manager is approachable and accommodating. Overall our stay is memorable. I highly recommend this hotel. By the way, it's cheaper if you book directly to them maybe through their fb page.

Incredible service and amazing amenities; a must-stay for everyone visiting Basco. The pool, proximity to beach, laundry service, internet, room cleanliness, and food were all great. Will stay again!

THE BEST in Batanes! Even better than most hotels in other provinces! We were given complimentary airport pickups and breakfast (we got surprised and appreciated it so much!). Bikes can be used for free. Will take you to town via tricy-kubos upon request. Staff always greet and smile at you and wish you have fun on your tour for the day. The wifi is not reliable though (think it is either because of the location or the satellite provider). Rooms are amazing, classy, and fully equipped. Love their good-quality toiletries as if they have thought everything you'd need during your stay (not the typical shampoo and soap combo)! There's a great-looking pool in the center which serves a great alternative view for those who cant see the ocean from their rooms. Breakfast is wonderful, hearty and filling! Everything else on the menu sounds tasty, but unfortunately haven't tried yet. Hotel looks grand from the inside as it is from the outside. Should really branch out in other provinces. :) Oh and they are just beside the #1 restaurant (at the moment) in Batanes! XD

This is the best place to stay in Batanes. Very accommodating staff.

Clean rooms and top notch service.

Only con for me is the cellular coverage, if you're traveling for business and pleasure you might want to consider since the wifi they provide is pretty much slow. But if you're going to stay for pure pleasure 10/10 would book again!

Incredible and beautiful location for relaxing. The hosts are very welcoming they want to make you feel like home! Close to the beach perfect swimming pool... We love everything about residencia specially the interior design perfect! 🥰 thanks for the wonderful days spent at hotel see you next time.

Arguably the best hotel in Basco. You get almost 5 stars service for the price of 3 stars. Stay here whenever you are in Batanes.

Staff is great. Food was pretty good as well. The whole facility is done pretty well and kept clean. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Batanes.
