Dive Batanes Lodge & Restaurant

This is my second time staying at Dive Batanes and I would live here full time if I could. The staff are super friendly, amazingly helpful, and treat you like family. The food is second to none, and I am always full and happy after every meal.

In staying active here on Batanes, the staff can help you find anything you could want to do. From taking you to a gym, where to go or see on the island, or any food you could want to try, they're extremely helpful. They helped my friend and I set up a deep see fishing experience, where we got to hand-line queen snapper from 400m deep. After fishing, the chef took out catch and turned it into an amazing grilled fish dinner for us, with all of the sides. I'm hoping that I have the opportunity to come back for another stay.

I had a great time diving with Douglas and Em. We did two dives off the boat at the Marine Sanctuary, incredible underwater scenery and one of the best visibilities I have ever experienced in the Philippines. Equipment was very well maintained and the boat hospitality deserves a sixth star - we got plenty of great food and lots of hot coffee. Note: diving in Batanes Dec-Mar needs a 5mm wet suit (unless you have a cold-loving nature).

Owner and staff were very pleasant, friendly and accomodating. The roofdeck provided the venue for a very pressing/important request 🙂
The sound of the waves and wind from the roofdeck added to the ambiance for a complete Batanes experience.
Airport transfer and food served on time.
Staff Gina always cheerful and ready to assist in all our needs and requests.

stayed here for 5D4N staffs are very accomodating. love the rooftop while reading and close to the beach. free breakfast 😁
