My experienced on your new store here in Talavera Santiago City is too bad. I am not satisfy with the way how employees treat their customers. Been there kaninang umaga but then habang nakapila though hindi naman ganun karami yung binili namin pinasingitan kami sa pila nung isang supervisor nyo daw without asking permission man lang saamin kung ok lang or hindi I've seen her ID Ms. Rochelle. She also scolded 1 of her colleauge which catches our attentions. Marami kaming naka witness how rude and unpolite this employee. Wag nya sana gamitin position nya just to insult others. Hope this kind of attitude will no tolerate. Make proper action on this po kasi hindi natin alam kung gaano kalaki yunh impact ng words nya dun sa taong pinagsasabihan nya. Anyways, maganda yung store nyo lalo na yung location but still my total and over all rating is lowest 1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS NOT MET
