Incredible find, a true gem, literally on the side of the road. We had to make a quick stop on our way to Nasca and this place came up in our search with great reviews. We decided to stop there and from the outside it just looks like any other house that sells local products on the side of the road. However they had a very nice sign at the entrance, which was interesting. Once you step in and go to the actual restaurant on the back, you realize this place is special. They have built an oasis, with nice and open areas with plenty of room and shade to enjoy a delicious meal. They offer a combination of traditional Peruvian dishes from the coast with some staples of Amazonian cuisine. They smoke their cecinas in the back, and everyone can see it, but most importantly smell it. Everything is great here, you literally can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but our favorites were the cecina con tacacho, the smoked chicken al jugo, and the chaufa con cecina. What a delight this place is and the service is also spectacular. This is a family business, they are so kind and welcoming that you feel like a family member as soon as you walk in. Can't recommend this place enough. A must if you are in Palpa or Nasca.

Food: super fresh, tasty, flavorful. The juices were freaking amazing. Freshly squeezed. The servings were full.

I LOVED this place. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had while traveling South in Peru. You can tell they pay attention to details and offer not only an amazing fusion of peruvian food, but also make sure their place is clean and well equipped which in Peru it's unfortunately rare to find. The food came out fast and it was sooo full of bold flavors. Everything was delicious and their cecina is so tender. This is a family owned business and it is so nice to see them all run the place with such care. I wish I lived closer bc I would go there once a week if I could. EXCELLENT FOOD! A combination of classics from the region with a twist from the Selva.

Passing Pampa by midday you should not miss entering this restaurant. It appears to be more like an oasis with its uncountable fruit trees surrounding an area with nice rustic tables and chairs. The menus are surprisingly good, you would expect a quality like this only in Lima and not somewhere in the Nasca desert. The fresh pressed juices are highly recommendable. The staff is very kind. Since this is not a restaurant for foreign tourists you should at least speak a few words in Spanish to get along.

It is really a good place to eat...the service was really nice and the price is ok. You must to try ... sme dishes have Pallares. .that are very common for Ica...it was delicious (i do not eat pallares at home ...but here are really good) if you have the chance to stop in Palpa you must to go ....

직원들이 매우 스마트하고 일처리가 빠르다. 보통의 느리고 답답한 남미 스타일을 겪고 나면 더욱 그렇게 느낄거다. 돼지고기 훈제 전문점이나 다른 메뉴들도 괜찮다. 고기들은 염지가 돼 있어 조금 짜지만 다른것은 소금량을 조절해주니 주문시 미리 얘기를 하면 된다.

Terrasse ombragée très agréable, service attentionné et rapide, cuisine savoureuse (belle carte, j'ai pris chicharron de chanco con picante de pallares verde, excellent) et prix très raisonnable voir peu chers. Un sans faute !

Restaurante campestre amplio, si deseas ir en familia o en grupo es ideal. El lugar es tranquilo y limpio. La atención y la comida son bastante buenas, el precio de los platos va de acuerdo a la calidad, sabor y a las porciones que sirven. Si después de degustar los platos deseas descansar, puedes hacerlo en las hamacas o en los sillones ubicados en el ingreso. En la parte delantera del restaurante se pueden hacer compras rápidas de las frutas del lugar como los mangos y ricas naranjas palpeñas, entre otros productos.

¡Uno de los restaurantes campestres más ricos en los que he almorzado en mi vida! Desde los camarones hasta el pisco sour, un verdadero manjar. Y la atención, sinceramente de maravilla. Altamente recomendado para todo quien pase por Palpa y quiera comer riquísimo.

Es un restaurante campestre situado en Palpa , muy espacioso , acogedor, buena atención, servicios higiénicos muy bien conservados y limpios ,rodeado de árboles frutales . Su especialidad platillos a base de cecina .luego de almorzar puedes dar unas vueltas por el lugar y quedar encantado viendo las frutas colgando de los frondosos árboles , tomar aire y bonitas fotos como recuerdo de tu paseo .

Sinceramente uno de los mejores restaurantes de todo Perú.
Definitivamente el mejor lomo saltado y la cecina que he probado, tampoco te puedes perder de sus frescos jugos. Todo esto en un lugar acogedor y bonito, con precios accesibles.
Si estás en la zona por turismo (nazca) de verdad vale la pena el viaje.
