Best option in the city. Clean and big rooms. In a old style but very calming, with a lot of wood. Quit busy stress, but that is everywhere in the city centre.
Bonus: hot shower 😁

Amazing service, beautiful rooms, and great location! They upgraded our room for us for absolutely no reason except they are awesome. We stayed in several different hotels in several different cities during our Peru trip and this one was the best!

Very beautiful hotel, it is for people who love colonial paintings and structure. On the other hand, they have modern rooms and very comfy atmosphere outside. Polite staff. 2 steps from the main plaza.

An old but classic hotel, we tried their restaurant for dinner and we think this is the most tasty restaurant I have tried in Peru. And the service is pretty good, polit and sweet, I will strongly recommend any traveler to visit here.

Close to everything, excellent food at the restaurant, and within walking distance to everything. Staff were very friendly.

아르마스 광장에서 아주 가깝고, 택시 기사나 투어 가이드도 호텔 이름만 말하면 어딘지 알아서 좋았습니다.
코카티가 로비에 상시 비치돼 있어서 고산병이 있는 여행객들에게 도움이 될 것 같습니다.
아침식사는 훌륭하고, 잘 갖춰져있습니다.
욕조도 있었고, 냉장고에는 구매 가능한 음료가 미리 마련돼 있었습니다. 심지어 구두 닦는 용도의 스펀지와 면봉, 샤워캡도 있었는데, 페루에서 여러 호텔을 다니는 중에 어메니티가 가장 다양했습니다.
그리고 밤 버스를 탈 예정이었는데, 리셉션에서 호텔 로비에 있는 아주 편한 쇼파가 있는 바에서 버스 시간까지 쉬어가라고 먼저 권해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다!

Für mich war es eines der besten Hotels in Puno. Es hatte Style, war gut ausgebaut und hatte tolle Zimmer. Das dazugehörige Restaurant verfügte über eine tolle Küche und der Service war professionell.
Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgebaut und was in dieser Stadt sehr wichtig ist, ruhig.
Es war eine Freude dort in diesem Haus Gast zu sein.

Pessoas atenciosas na recepção e na copa. Comida muito boa. Muito bem Higienizados os ambientes. Fica no centro de Puno.

Es un hotel 4*, muy bien ubicado muy cerca (media cuadra) de la plaza de armas de la ciudad. El personal es amable y atento a las necesidades del cliente, tienen oxígeno si necesitas por la altura, las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El Wi-Fi funciona bien, en algunas habitaciones hay cierta limitación, verificar primero. Y tiene un restaurante con buena comida,. El desayuno bufet es abundante.

El personal es amable, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen espacio para trabajar. La calefacción funciona muy bien, así como el agua caliente y fría. Hay suficiente espacios en el ropero para colocar la ropa y otros.

Es un hotel muy acogedor de los mejores del centro de Puno, a un paso de la plaza principal. Su desayuno buffet es muy variado y delicioso. Dentro de las habitaciones hay calefacción incorporada por lo que es muy cálido estar allí.
