We were eased into the process and had some beautiful and profound realizations.
Sergey and his family are amazing. Plan to spend more time if possible. We stayed two weeks, which seemed like a long time while planning, but the last few ceremonies were the most profound and I feel like a little more time would have been well worth it.

It was my first experience with the San Pedro cactus/huachuma and it has been absolutely positive. Beautiful place, beautiful people and solid guidance from Sergey throughout the whole journey. Can highly recommend this place if you are starting your huachuma journey or want to build on it further. Sergey builds up the quantity to make you feel safe and trust the medicine. Has been a great experience with many insights, connection, nature and healing and being warmly welcomed by the whole family.
Extra bonus is that on the non ceremony days you can explore the amazing surrounding in the Sacred Valley.

Spent a life changing 2 months end of last year with Sergey in the sacred valley with the wonderful medicine which was truly transformative. I arrived in a very run down life weary state with no zest for life ,really feeling wasted after so long in the System without a break since 2020 ! The sacred valley,river and nature in the eucalyptus forest was really helpful in restoring my energies and it was bliss to leave the stress of life in London behind !
It was a very safe space here and l was instantly at home and enjoyed connecting with the others staying here and chatting round the fire 🔥 in the evenings! I was not expecting to stay for 2 months as originally booked for 2 weeks to test the water but it an easy decision to extend my stay as the results of the medicine began to unfold . Staying here is very peaceful and the beautiful weather hot and sunny most days really assists the healing process, and l had a lot of it to do !! I was more than happy with the results of my progress here and am planning to visit again in 2024 to go deeper.

I came to Huachuma Wasi to give it a try and it turned out to be incredibly well. Even my stay was short, but I really loved the place, you can get in touch with a lot of nature. The place Sergey provided feels like home. I would definitely go back again if I could.

Huachuma Wasi - Out of this world experience. Old sacred Medicine to rewire your neurological system if you are not afraid with Shaman Sergey you should not. Place is at deep peace and love. The shaman Sergey is someone you would love to have a conversation with his wife and children are one of the nicest people on this planet Sacred Valley people are amazingly kind. Dog 'Golis' will keep you safe at night. Best hiking trails and trips in Sacred Valley amazing nature and profound views. Food - fresh and tasty even with no spice. Spend bit more than two weeks felt like few days wanted for this feeling past for longer. The town Calca positioned in perfect location of Sacred Valley what allows to reach other towns, villages and sacred Archeological places which you don't want to be missed while you in Peru.

My expierence at Huachuma Wasi was incredible. I can't recommend a better place to work with the huachuma medecine then his place. Sergey is great maestro but except that as well a great friend. He and his family are really hospitality. Sergey brings you during the ceremonies to different places with strong energies. The nature is incredible in and arround those places. Sergey's huachuma brew is made with love. You can feel it and tast it, it's really potent as well. I just want to thank him and his family again for being such an important role in my healing process. They really made a big difference in my life where I'm so thankful for 🙏🏼 We will see each other again! It’s hard to put my experience at Huachuma Wasi into words. Because it deserves so much more. After 9 months of experiencing chronic fatigue syndrome I went to Peru to try to heal with plant medicine. I started with Ayahuasca in the jungle. For a guy who previously only saw the world through a scientific lens and only believed in what could be measured, I was in for a surprise. My previous world view and sense of who I was were completely shattered in less than a week. My understanding of life turned upside down. My life had changed already here.

But it was when I found Sergey and Huachuma that I was able to start sort through the mess, piece together a brand new life, world view and getting to know who I really was. I understood and made peace with my past because I could trace my self desctructive behaviour back to childhood with the loving help of Grandfather Huachuma. I managed to heal the roots of my current situation piece by piece. And this is the key for me to get the life I want. I now believe that my physical health is a delayed reflection of my spiritual, inner peace and wellbeing. And my work at Huachuma Wasi with Sergey helped me in a powerful way to make this peace. Even though I didn’t get back my physical health fully during this period of time, I built the foundation to be able to get there sooner and in a more sustainable way. I know I will get there.

Huachuma is a very powerful medicine that really opens up your eyes and makes you see clearly and understand deeply, as long as you have the courage and commitment to do the work. It won’t happen automatically and it won’t be easy every day because hard truths have to be relived and pain has to be felt to be able to grow. But when you play your role, Sergey and Huachuma can help you on your path and help you change your life. Imagine suddenly being full of life after feeling dead inside for years. Imagine feeling love and joy in a way you never felt it. Imagine actually feeling after a life of suppressing your feelings like I did. Huachuma Wasi is an oasis surrounded by pristine nature and mountains. Rivers and lakes. Pure nature. And this is where the medicine experience takes place. Sergey and his lovely family makes their home your home. Can’t think of a better place to go to heal. Initially came just for a week, but ended up staying 3 months and doing 45 ceremonies, every second day. Those days in nature were incredible and I am returning soon to continue exploring and enjoying. Can not recommend highly enough. Has to be experienced to know.

I stayed at Huachuma Wasi for just short of a month and found it a beautiful and useful experience.

Sergey is very much the real deal, with a wealth of personal experience and a down-to-Earth, straightforward way of working with the medicine and each guest. You’re getting an authentic human being that’s not putting on a persona or trying to create a scripted experience. I found Sergey had a real skill for identifying the specific parts of my life that I wanted to work on and helped me re-connect with my own understanding. And the huachuma is of the highest quality.

I liked that the ceremonies are held out in different areas in the sacred valley rather than a yard or indoors. There’s plenty of space to spread out and connect with the natural world. And it makes for some incredibly beautiful walks home!

The house itself is lovely. And I think there’s value in living in a “real-world” environment as opposed to an isolated retreat center. You’re right there with Sergey and his lovely family in the middle of daily sacred valley life. It’s a great way to see Peru! And there’s lots of hikes and ruins around the area that you can visit on your days off.

All in all, an A+ place to work with huachuma.

Sergey is there for you and your journey. His medicine is the truth that you are seeking. He is calling out to Huachuma on behalf of each one of us that are there for healing. It is a powerful place to be. Some people pass by and some only stay for one or two weeks, many people stay for a month and some longer. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone that is seeking healing to make it to Huachuma Wasi. Remember it's hard to get there because of what's going on in your own head but it is just as hard to leave as the healing has began and you have to go back home to your daily life.

I have been home for about 3 months now and I often think about my healing experience there. I am feeling good. I do not feel the anger or that frustration any more. I am still alcohol free and it was not my intention to quit. I simply do not crave it. I use cannabis very sparingly. It is mostly part of my medicine cabinet.

Thank you to Sergey for providing the beautiful space to take the medicine and opening his home and family to us all that partake. I am so grateful for my healing experience. I am still on this journey. I have hope again. I am alive! It feels good...

My five weeks stay at Hauchuma Wasi was nothing short of amazing. I arrived at Huachuma Wasi in dire need of change in my life. Surrendering my heart and soul to Huachuma medicine and Huachumero Sergey Baranov was exactly what I needed.
Hauchuma Wasi is nestled in the Andes mountains at 10,000+ feet. The natural scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. Surrounded by nature's beauty in all directions. Located in the mountain village of Calca. Calca is one of the friendliest places I have ever been in South America. I really enjoyed everything about it.
The facility that is Huachuma Wasi is top notch. The compound is home to dozens and dozens of old growth San Pedro cactus and beautiful flowering trees and plants. The rooms at the retreat center are nothing less than cozy and comfy. With congregate living space that includes a full kitchen, dining room, and a living room area with a nice fireplace. I really enjoyed my stay at Huachuma Wasi and I am looking forward to returning soon.

My name is Bryan and as I don’t have a Google account, my wife is posting this on my behalf-
I came to huachuma Wasi with severe depression, anxiety, and complete introvert tendencies. I’ve been here 2 weeks drinking huachuma and have 2 weeks remaining.
Sergey has been a strong and stable presence, guiding me along and although I have issues with/trauma from authoritative male figures, I have only felt warmth and love and a genuine desire to help me heal.
His true goal is healing, and his purpose definitely revolves around serving this medicine to the world.
I wasn’t planning on opening up or spending any time with other guests here as that’s just my default however through huachuma and with Sergey’s guidance, I’ve seen through my depression, connected to the endless beauty of the sacred valley, had the single most beautiful event of my life, and even opened up to and love all the other guests in my group.

Huachuma Wasi is a diamond in the middle of the sacred valley. Anyone who is lucky enough to spend some time there gains something very valuable that they can take with them for the rest of their lives.

Sergey is the real deal. He is a gifted and powerful guide. He cares for everyone that comes to his place and you feel like family when you are there.

I spent 6 weeks at Huachuma Wasi and I plan to return again soon! My life is forever changed working with the sacred plants of Huachuma Cactus and Ayahuasca. Sergey guided me from day one in developing a relationship with these plants. I feel like I walked away a stronger, better version of myself. My heart is more open and my gratitude cup is overflowing.

I had a comfortable room and gorgeous 360 mountain views from my porch. The market was a short walk away. And the towns of pisaq and urubamba were a short drive away if I wanted a change of scenery for a day.

It was my first time working with Ayahuasca and Huachuma and I am so happy I chose Huachuma Wasi. I was in such a safe and supportive environment, I am totally empowered now as I go back to my life and see my friends and family.
