PACHA SARA Vegan Lugar De Maíz (Vegetariano)

Amazing vegan food in Urubamba! And gluten free, even better! This time I got the black bean burger and it was great, massive. Last time I tried the Mexican food and it was also delicious. Mango lassi and mango kombucha are good too. ❤

Very highly recommended!! Best food we've had in Peru so far! It's a sweet little restaurant - cool and airy with a really lovely atmosphere - Peruvian fabric on the tables and a big chalkboard on one wall. For just 14 soles, we had the set menu - drink, seaweed soup, amazing fresh salad and DELICIOUS corn tacos (one chickpea & avocado, one aubergine & cauliflower). Everything is 100% gluten free and meat free. Also the staff were absolutely lovely, spoke a bit of English and brought everything really quickly. Cash only. Free WiFi. Definitely worth a visit!

We discovered this gem during a 2 week volunteering project in Urubamba and my group ate lunch here nearly every day.
The meals were fresh, delicious and all natural- we often asked about the ingredients because the flavours were so unique. I’m not a vegetarian but I loved these meals, they left me full and satisfied... and the desserts.... so good!!! 🇻🇪🌱❤

I frequented this place the most times when in Urubamba or even just passing through. The menu is always made with love and can be altered for dietary restrictions. I've never felt more taken care of in a restaurant in the word. This is maybe an understatement. There was no judgement for every person in our group requiring a slight modification as we were all really trying to honor what our bodies prefer instead of giving into the mentality that we should eat things that slow our digestion or give us unnecessary gas. The arepas here if they are offered the day you go are some of the best I've had in Peru. I wish I could remember the chef's name, but she's so inventive and really understands how to use and be inspired by the produce of the Sacred Valley in a very simple setting.

One of my favorite places to eat in Peru and by far the best place in Urubamba! Always fresh and delicious food, and the owner was more than happy to accommodate for food allergies and intolerances 😊 the menu changes every day so you never get bored.

It was pure luck that my family of six found Pacha Sara. Tucked in the corner on the third floor of the market, this little gem offers excellent vegetarian food. In addition to a bowl of soup, we had black beans with brown rice and sautéed eggplant over a soft corn taco. The lady who runs the place is a delight, and her banana cake for dessert cannot be missed.

A very good and healthy food for a reasonnable price (menu for 10 soles). And a very sympatic owner. Totally recommand

Todo estuvo hecho al momento y con mucho amor. Si eres veganx y gustas de los placeres culinarios, este es el lugar. Recomiendo mucho mucho los tacos con salsa blanca que son un orgasmo gastronómico. Lo digo como peruana que está acostumbrada a probar comida vegana riquísima. Gracias!!!

La comida se hace al momento, las arepas y las tortillas son de puro maíz de la zona con rellenos llenos de SABOR y es vegetariana!
