Villa Urubamba

A spectacular place to rest, reconnect and relax.

Loved my time here. The buffet breakfast is high quality and the staff is really attentive and professional.

Just one word to describe this hotel: EXCELLENT! It is like you are in a completely different world when you pass the hotel's gates. You are welcomed by a wonderful private garden (with lots of plants and birds, and even a friendly dog) and by very friendly staff at the reception. The bungalows you actually stay in, are nicely decorated and huge. This, however, translates in a bit cold in the rooms during the winter months (we were there in July). We got not 1, but 2 extra heaters in the room, and they did their job. Very good in-house restaurant, with nice choices to choose from. Good buffet breakfast served in the mornings.

Once you get inside the walls that surround this place, it feels as if you're in Shangri La. If you're considering staying here, look at the photos posted by the guests or visitors, not just the photos of interior rooms posted by the hotel. Those room pics are ok, (very comfortable accommodations) but the bigger reason for staying here is the exterior's surrounding gardens, which are so beautiful, yet created in a way that looks like it all grew naturally in that environment. They also have a great restaurant and a little bar for after dinner drinks.

So quiet and chill. Bike friendly. Staff are amazing and helpful. Only a 3 soles taxi ride to.central Urubamba

What a lovely setting for a pleasant stay. Mountains all around, lots of birds. Decent friendly bar (also the only place to see tv) wifi in most areas for free. Good restaurant.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and the food at the restaurant is delicious.

The perfect place to have rest. No TV, really quiet and inside the country land !

If you like serenity and beauty of the environment you will thoughly enjoy this hideaway.
