Very helpful and professional laundry service in Urubamba. Everything was as it should be and we got our laundry back the next day (~24 hour turnaround).

For 2 bags of laundry it cost around $8 USD. They delivered our laundry back to our hotel for a small fee which was convenient. I'm not sure if they do it for all hotels or just the one we stayed at.

They were also very easy to reach via WhatsApp. Answered my questions quickly and accurately.

I needed to do some laundry during a three week trip to the Sacred Valley. For 15 soles, my clothes were clean and folded the next day. The interaction was super easy thanks to Google Translate. The lady who helped me was super nice.

If you want your clothes distroyed or misplaced - you have found the right place.

The made a number on a brand new North face t-shirt, and after a lot of arguing back and forth the finally agreed to clean it up - only to deliver it with a hole in it. Great service.

…and they also ended up losing a few of mines clothes. It was found in the end, but she still had a few hours of worry.

So if this is the experience you are looking for - go for it. If not there are brilliant alternatives a cross the road.
