Prácticamente esta cevichería es el creador del CEVICHOCHO.
ceviche+chocho(tarwi).
Un exelente maridaje de estos ingredientes .. la calidad de sus chicharrones, no puedes dejar pasar .. OS aconsejo probar el ceviche de Carhuaz,. No hay comparación en la región u otro lugar.
