Máncora Beach

Beautiful beach. It is even warm enough in the Peruvian winter to swim comfortably. The banana boat service is untrustworthy, however. They will charge you more than they originally claim and are not especially amiable.

Lovely lovely lovely beach, excellent for tourists, loaded with artisans, also they have surf schools, the food is very variated and cheap, it's expensive in the beach though, if you walk there are many restaurants with menus for just PEN $10.
It's full of hostels and hotels that variate in prices, they are good, not fancy but good, people are very kind and welcoming, always willing to help, good night life.
It's close to Ecuador so going to Montañita it's a must, there are many excursions where you can interact with the wildlife.

Very nice beach, know for travelers, many nice hostels and hotels of diferents prices, go to the market and buy fresh fish and do it in the hostel, almost all have bbq to cook.
Peruvian food its ones of the best, ceviche and all sea food, here its the right place to try it all.
Surf the Pacific but if you don't know, no problem, get some surf lessons.

Good beach, good bars. Nice people and great weekends if you enjoy a good party!
