This is a great Plaza de Armas, so beautiful with many trees providing nice shade during the day. At night theres a lot of traffic surrounding the plaza de armas so it's not too chill, but during the day it's a cool place to hang out for a while.

Nice plaza.

There's around 10 different cash exchangers standing around (they're wearing clothing with big $ on them, and wads of cash in their hands). I traded 100EUR for 450 soles, without haggling, which is a fee of about 2% (460 soles would've been 1:1).

It's a nice place located in Ica downtown. There you can find many people from Ica, and from different places, including tourists.
Near Ica Main Square you there are quite a lot of restaurants and eateries so that you can try the peruvian food, likewise there are business which offer services for tourists as sandboarding, overflying, tour to huacachina, tour to Pisco, or tour to Palpa. Even in the same main square you may find some people who offer food like desserts or candies.
