Panchita - Miraflores

Amazing flavor and the service was great. Caesar was our server and he explained all the dishes extremely well. The wait time for your food is very long but the flavor is very worth it!

Must try the fried Guinea pig and octopus! The portions here were enormous. Service was mid but that’s ok cause the food was good. A guest shot and killed his co worker in this restaurant.

Great place, the food was really good, the ambient is amazing. The lomo was good, the Huancaina missing a little bit of spicy for my taste, but really good.

Absolutely loved Panchita! The Tacu Tacu Saltado made with canary beans and Beef Tenderloin was divine. Service was attentive, and the ambience was delightful. The decor adds to the experience. Highly recommend for a fantastic dining experience!

Nice restaurant, very big portions of food ,I suggest to take only the second , because I take appetizer and second and I was exploding 🤣, no was expensive, I recommend.

The food is delicious 😋 and worth it! We had “tequeños panchita” as appetizer the spicy sauce it comes with compliments it well. The “ churrasquito de lomo” with tallarien verde (many sides options, I felt like the “tallarien verde” green spaghetti was missing a bit of flavor or some Parmesan 🤷🏻‍♀ ) and a chicken stir fried rice (huge plate) Lastly we ended with “crema volteada” which is super caramelized, super sweet soft but very creamy fluffy and delicious. I don’t like drinking juice , often it’s so sweet for me, but the one I had was not as much, I went for the drink in the pictures that has manzanilla, pineapple, and pear(this beverage is a must try) they have a variety of dishes that I would’ve loved to try, I would suggest if tou want to try many of their dishes to share because by the end you’ll be super full.
The service is pretty great they try to be attentive, I say this because obviously when their full it’ll take them a while to come to you but overall I would come here again!

We had the Octopus and Pork Belly, very tasty. Excellent service and generous portions.

Probably the strongest Pisco Sour I’ve had while still maintaining a good flavor.

Great place to have dinner. We did not make reservations on a weekday but waited about 15 mins for a table when it was busy. We got to sit outside. We shared the Sampler of traditional peruvian street grilled food (chicken heart, liver, chicken drum), Tallarin Saltado with pollo, (our favorite) and a stew. We wanted Guinea pig but they told us there was no more for the night. Would recommend trying.

Really good restaurant in the heart of Miraflores. The servings are VERY generous and the price is just right.

We ordered a shareable starter and 1 plate each. You can see from the photos the plates are ginormous! Wanted to order the cibetche but unfortunately they were all out by the time we arrived but didn't regret the plates we ordered.

We only had time today to try this place because our tour itinerary will be pretty busy the following days so I'm glad that we were able to do so - must-try place at least once when you're around the area!

I had an amazing time here! There portions are very generous so be careful with how much you order! My favourite dish was the starter it is the stuffed pepper absolutely delicious!

My favorite traditional Peruvian restaurant! This is where my now wife took me on our first date, where she ordered 3 traditional dishes to share and we had a few flavors of pisco sours. We try to come here for our last meal every time we leave Peru for an extended period of time so that we have the best Peruvian food before we leave. We've been numerous times, and everything is delicious. I always recommend this to friends, family and strangers. A must visit!

This place was perfection. Visited twice during our stay in Lima. Service was impeccable, food was excellent and a gorgeous restaurant. We tried the pollo and lomo Saltado, empanadas, picarones and ceviche - 10/10 recommend

The ambience was lovely, and the food was delicious (beware - portions were quite huge.

*Update! Screw the price, it’s worth it! This is now my favorite restaurant in Miraflores! La Sangrona is dangerous because I could drink those every single day. The anticuchos are splendid and everything I’ve eaten there is superb. Ambiance is very warm and inviting, can’t wait to come back!

I came here with no expectations but I must say excellent food with generous portions. Seco was delicious. Everything tasted great! I would make this a must stop place if you are in Miraflores!
